Vacation rentals with breakfast in Ashland County

We had a great stay at the house to visit our daughter for Easter. The property was perfect for hosting our daughter and her friends from college; plenty of outdoor space for a cookout, a warm and cozy interior to help the college kids feel "at home", and comfortable accommodations for us all who stayed at the house. The yard is large with a fenced-in area for our dog, who LOVED it! Please keep in mind if there is rain, the yard can be a bit soggy, but that is to be expected and didn't deter us at all. The grill and other kitchen/cooking amenities were great, and Marcia left a TON of snacks and breakfast food for the house. The whole vibe of the place is authentically "farmhouse", which we loved. We did not use any televisions. etc, but we did see a few, so "modern conveniences" are there. We will surely consider renting again for future trips and highly recommend this rental.

This is a carefully restored and updated historic house on a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. It is possibly the nicest Air BnB I have stayed in. The rooms are large and inviting, and the shared kitchen is large and modern. Everything is very clean, the bed comfortable, the view out the windows green and lovely. It is an easy walk to shops and restaurants, with a well stocked convenience mart just a block away.

Judy was an absolute gem from the moment I contacted her to book. She was understanding of shifting plans and truly took to heart the importance of this little vacation for my husband and myself. Upon request, she even used unscented laundry detergent specifically for my sensitivities. This made a HUGE difference and made us feel very at home in the space from the start. This was mine and my husband's first vacation together in 9 years due to prolonged and intense medical issues and it ended up being the perfect place for us to get away to. We are already planning our next visit. Judy also welcomed us up to her own home to meet her dogs (big highlight for my dog-loving husband), and horses (big highlight for this horse-loving girl). Judy and her daughter were so kind, easy-going, and welcoming! The home itself is beautifully decorated and well-kept with so many amenities available. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked with basics and quick/easy snacks/meals. 10/10!

Great location quiet street and loved the house it was beautiful and the woodwork was gorgeous so glad that the house was taken care of all these years and is loved so much! Great for a group of 5 and had all we needed. That’s a plus for sure! Close to restaurants and Amish area. Mother daughter weekend was a hit for sure! Thanks again for sharing your gorgeous house with us.

Melody and Jonathan are very friendly and welcoming hosts. I felt like home as we share stories, cook great food and visit places together. Dogs are friends as well, they always are eagerly waiting to play with me. I would definitely recommend their place which is surrounded by beautiful golf course landscape and great restaurants within 3 miles.

I enjoyed this little place! having to walk through bedrooms to get to bathrooms was strange, but there were just two of us, so we didn't mind! the area is close to a little beach, 20 mins from Cedar Point and 10 mins from restaurants, shopping, etc. The sun room area was really nice. The kitchen is a great size. The host provided a lot of towels, washcloths, extra sheets, etc. The only thing I couldn't locate were paper towels, but that wasn't a big deal. I would definitely come back to this place for sure!

Truly one of, if not the most pleasant stays I’ve ever had. The room was definitely the nicest I’ve ever stayed in — comfortable, antiques and original art, great chairs, tiled private bath. The home is beautiful — hand-crafted Arts-and-Crafts style. Heather is super friendly and Heidi (her German Shepherd) is a sweetheart (once she gets to know you). Heather generously provided a delicious home-cooked breakfast to accommodate my schedule. I wish I could have stayed longer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Marion! The room was beautiful and overlooked a river, so we were able to watch the wildlife from indoors. Marion was a lovely host and I loved having conversations with her while petting the horses. Would definitely recommend.

The Americana Room we stayed in was adorable. So many thoughtful touches and attention to detail. The room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served in beautiful settings. A great find! We would love to stay again if we return to Mansfield.

David's place was a gem! It was very comfortable and cozy. The food that was set out for breakfast was excellent and we had homemade Amish cinnamon rolls as well. David let us clean our bikes off with his hose. We felt very safe there and we slept very well. Beds were excellent.

Bernie and Judy were absolutely wonderful hosts! They made us feel right at home and were so hospitable! We feel so blessed to have met them and the other guests staying at the venue. We really had a great time - and everyone was so welcoming and kind. We definitely recommend them- and this location is just adorable! You can walk right across a quiet street to a beautiful town square with several great restaurants. I absolutely adore the area and love the historical small-town feel. Don’t miss this hidden gem!

We had a wonderful time at Victor’s charming place. It is like a B&B of old - he makes an absolutely delicious breakfast (and flawless coffee) and invited our college daughter to join us to eat. Victor is a witty and convivial host. His historic home is perfectly located just steps away from south campus, the room was comfortable and I enjoyed a little downtime browsing his library room full of books and enjoying his side porch. Look forward to returning soon.
