Family-friendly vacation rentals in Ashkelon

My husband and I are recently returned from 6 weeks in Israel. We had the good fortune to be able to rent this lovely apartment in Jaffa. The apartment was exactly as pictured, it was comfortable, clean, plenty of amenities. Beds were comfortable, linens clean and ready for use. Fanya was a gracious hostess. She stayed late to greet us on our arrival and to explain and answer all our questions about the apartment. And she was available to us by phone, should we need her. Fanya has the apartment stocked with the basic foodstuffs to begin your first day, allowing you time to shop the next day at the many food stores in the neighborhood. Should you chose to rent from you won't be disappointed. We weren't!

The penthouse was great. We were a group of 11 and had plenty of space. The balcony was fantastic with a great view. The pool on the roof was really nice, and the kids didn't want to leave. There was a great beach just a 5-minute walk away, and a nice boardwalk with some good restaurants.

Iris is a wonderful host and the apartment is beautifully set up, in a great location, with a delightful view balcony. Compact apartment with a well organized kitchenette and supplies. Iris is a super friendly and responsive host and was able to help guide us in for easier parking, and answer any questions quickly. Amazing location ! - very very close to beach and next door to the Marina and all its restaurants and shops . We highly recommend Iris’ Apartment for your stay in Ashkelon!

We stayed at Doron's beautiful home for 10 days while visiting family in the area. The house itself was so spacious, clean, and comfortable with a beautiful kitchen and outdoor garden space. Communication was so easy and Doron was such a gracious host. There is a grocery store, Cafe and playground within a 5 minute easy walk. Lovely stay, lovely host, absolutely recommend. Thank you Doron for everything!!

It's lovely to stay south of Jaffa/ Yafo in a quiet neighborhood that's not in the middle of, but close to everything. Makes it fun to pretend you're a local and our orange juice shop around the corner really did make us feel like we belonged there! The sea view is fabulous.

The apartment was very roomy and clean, including everything I needed for the week. The pool access was a great bonus and Simone is extremely responsive should you need anything during your stay. Overall, I was very impressed with this listing and would love to stay here again in the future.

Great little place across the street from the beach, with a number of nice restaurants right outside. Cozy and comfortable with all the amenities you need. Enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others!

Moty’s a great host! Fast communication and always ready to help out. His place is a home away from home. For those who enjoy and appreciate quiet spaces and the sounds of nature when the sun sets, this place is excellent. Recommended 👍

Very clean and conveniently located apartment. Lisa responded quickly and efficiently to all requests prior and during the stay and was very friendly and helpful generally. Would stay again.

We are family of 6 people and we had a great time staying at Elisar's place. It is beautifully furnished and decorated, conveniently located in the center of Ashdod within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops. Everything is clean and all appliances are working well. Special thanks to Elisar by going extra mile for accommodating our late requests in updating our itinerary. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ashdod.

David is a warm person and so is his beautiful apartment. A palace! You can stay there with confidence!

Guy and his entire family were helpful, friendly and kind. Great place to stay with kids. Huge sea side park with massive playground, 20 min walk to great restaurants, store right outside. Guy and his wife, both lovely people, invited my wife and I up to their apartment (they have a few in the building) for a coffee and some treats for our kids….lovely personal touch! What a view!!!

Our stay was excellent. Michael was very accommodating and flexible with our check on time. He met at the entrance and showed us how to park in the underground garage. The apartment was spotless and had everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the location can't be beat right near the marina and beach and supermarket, restaurants and cafes. We would highly recommend their accommodations.

Sharon’s place is perfect for family vacation. You can’t ask for more. Big house, kosher and well equipped kitchen! Our favorite was the pool area, especially for kids! Sharon is a great host, she always responded to all questions and graciously left lots of stuff for us to use, like books, toys, and food! We definitely would like to visit again!

This is the fourth time we stay there and probably will stay there again.

Robert is a great host. Always ready to be contacted. Apartment location is beyond expectations with a million dollar view. Definitely could be recommended for traveling couples wishing have a great time on the beach in addition to exploring Tel Aviv and Jaffa.

Before booking I was scared from the previous review But since I knew this place I knew there was a mistake In contacting the owner, he explained to me that the one who put the wrong review only stayed one day in the accommodation and that this person certainly has problems writing defamatory comments for free for only one night. The accommodation has an exceptional square a stone's throw from the marina with restaurants of all kinds, cafes and entertainment The residence's swimming pool is nice and clean The accommodation is functional, clean and well equipped for a large family. We had a good time thank you so much we'll be back!

The villa was lovely and very clean!! Stunning and large pool, big and beautiful rooms. Igor was an excellent host, responded quickly to our every request - we asked about a high chair and he made sure to bring us right away the next day. We really enjoyed the quiet location and much privacy in the place as well. Would definitely stay again - highly recommended!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful city! Really wonderful area with multiple cultures. Walking distance from the sea and lots of shops in the old city.

Great host! Always attentive to improve everyday life and provide solutions. Kindness and responsiveness of Jacob & Varda. The location in Bat Yam makes it a good base for exploring Tel Aviv. Large pool and direct access to the beach and promenade. Thanks again for staying. Déborah & Michel
