Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und einen geräumigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit offener und voll ausgestatteter Küche. Die überdachte Terrasse lädt zum draußen sitzen ein. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Asklepios Clinic. 20 minutes. We are happy to provide you with one of our private bicycles free of charge - all you need to do is bring your own bike lock. The train station is about a 5-minute walk. Surrounding shops and restaurants as well as cafes are also within walking distance.

The apartment is very quiet close to the forest in a residential area of Kaiserslautern with free parking. It takes about 8 minutes by car to get to the center or train station and 5 minutes to get to the university. About 100 m from the apartment you will find the bus stop where buses run in different directions every 16 minutes on weekdays. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for one person, but can be occupied by two.

Welcome to Medardam Glan. Medard is a municipality in the district of Kusel, Rhineland-Palatinate. The place is surrounded by altitudes with orchards. From Medard, hiking sports, canoeing and draisine rides are possible. Our spacious non-smoking apartment can accommodate 1-3 people. It has a separate entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room, one one a double bedroom and a shower room with toilet. The apartment also has a balcony.

Take a vacation with us! We offer you a spacious apartment with conservatory, in the middle of the North Palatine Uplands/Kusler Musikantenland. The apartment consists of two bedrooms with three beds, for 4 people, a large living-dining area with open kitchen and a very nice, spacious conservatory. Linens and towels are included in the rental price. There is also a small room with a washing machine and ironing board, which can be used free of charge.

Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

The former servants' quarters of the original farmhouse was lovingly converted by us into a spacious attic apartment. The apartment, which has been extended into the gable, exudes a very special charm. In the 75 m² apartment there is a double bedroom and baby bed and a large living room with open, fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with wall heating.
