From the hallway in the entrance area you enter the spacious living and dining room. You also have access to the bathroom as well as a bedroom & kitchen from the hallway. The apartment is about 500 meters from the Asbach center. All shops are within walking distance. Movie theater, go-kart track and much more.

Come with or without a horse :-) The cozy, freshly renovated one-room apartment faces the back of the garden. There you can use our beautiful chill-out area with barbecue area. We rent our 75 sqm attic apartment in a two-family house with bathroom and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, Ceramic stovetop, coffee maker and dishwasher. The house is quietly located, nice walks and hikes in the Siebengebirge or to the Rhine are possible directly from the house.
