Large modern house with a lovely outdoor area in Vinterbro. The home offers a swimming pool and outdoor shower on the terrace and a jacuzzi on the roof terrace. There are beautiful sun conditions and a nicely landscaped patio with a garden lounge. There is also an elevator to all 3 floors. From here it is 20 minutes to Oslo by bus or car, 5 minutes walk to Sjøskogen bus station and Vinterbro center. It's a few minutes by car to Tusenfryd and the swimming area at Breivoll. The home consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a modern and stylish interior.

A fantastic great home located in a quiet area, with a great view. The place is centrally located on Vinterbro within walking distance to shopping center, bus to Oslo and 2 min to highway E6/E18. Tusenfryd is only 5 minutes away. The house is new in 2023 and has all the amenities, such as swimming pool, sauna, 4 bathrooms/WC, large terrace with outdoor grill, TV, wifi as well as all appliances, etc. The house has 6 fixed sleeping places: 1 master bedroom + 4 single bedrooms. If necessary, it is possible to add a camping bed in the TV room.

Although the house is located right on the edge of nature, you live very centrally. Wood-fired sauna is rented together with the house. We rent out our private home while we are on vacation.
