Within walking distance there is a supermarket, bakery and a green park with children's swings. We provide one free transfer from or to the airport and provide a SIM card with a local number and internet

Guests come here to relax, enjoy nature, swim, paddleboard, meditate, practice yoga, play tennis, billiard and spend quality time. This is not a city apartment or a luxury hotel it is a peaceful retreat where the view and tranquility are the true highlights. Because of the remote location, housekeeping staff must travel from Sevan City, making cleaning and maintenance more difficult and expensive than in urban areas.

The supermarket is 500 meters away, the main road to Lake Sevan is 500 meters away, and the center can be reached by taxi in 7-10 minutes for $2.5-4. If guests wish, guided or unguided tours can be arranged, and a cook can be called to prepare barbecue on the grill (this is very tasty and convenient).
