We had an amazing experience during our stay in the apartment! The space was clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and sights, plus a beautiful view. The kitchen was fully equipped, making our meals easier. The host was attentive and available whenever we needed. I recommend this apartment for a pleasant and memorable stay.

We stayed for an event that took place at the Transamerica Expo Center. Carina was very quick with the information and attentive. They gave us all the support! The apartment is excellent! Exactly as shown in the pictures. We were super good with 3 adults. Very spacious apartment, good shower! Good equipment. Super recommend!!!!

A pleasantly decorated apartment with everything it takes for a quiet stay. The condominium has a mini market that helps replenish something needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is no agitation, cars or motorcycles passing by making noise. It's very familiar and nice. But you really need a car or Uber to get around because you don't have a lot of establishment nearby. For those who need to use as a home office, it is not so suitable as it does not have a table or chairs suitable for this work. But in the city there are pleasant libraries that can be used for this, just move around.

Manoela’s apartment has been the highlight of my trip to Sao Paulo. It is the perfect apartment for a couple or solo travelling, has all of the amenities one could ask for, and to top it off is in the most beautiful area that is near the centre while still being safe and residential. My favorite bakery and cafe is one block away, as well as the Patio Higienopolis and so many other great shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious and luminous. The building is an architectural jewel and the energy from the entrance to the apartment, the bathroom etc everything is just magical. If you have the chance, you should definitely book this apartment. Cannot overstate the happiness and comfort it brought me and having experienced manyy other airbnbs in the city, I can safely say this is the best you can find. Thanks Manoela for everything and for the clear communication throughout.

Rebeca was extremely attentive throughout the stay, always ready to help with whatever was needed. We felt super well received and will certainly return at the next opportunity. Personnel can trust, images are exactly the same as the environment! The building is perfect since the service, the general cleaning is everything inside! Vanessa's service is fast. The apartment itself is extremely smell and clean. And I loved street safety. it's the night and I felt safe!

The house is very young, it has great utensils and we served very well. We look forward to returning soon!

The condominium is standing on the sand. Quiet and safe beach. Excellent location, close to the bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, hamburger joint, etc. The residence is clean, comfortable, organized and well-equipped. Family atmosphere and ideal for those traveling with children. João is a great host, attentive, responsive and guides his guests very well.

Paulo, served us very well, the house was clean and organized, but there were not many utensils in the kitchen, the leisure area is good, the pool was heated, however, he hung up and the other days it was cold what I found impolite on his part, he also turns off all the lights at 10 pm, it was a point that we did not see in the listing and it hurt us a little bit since we were attending a work event in the city and we arrived after this time, the accommodations were simple, but adequate, if it was to enjoy the day the place is excellent and we would come back more times.

I made a trip with my 4 aunts of 50,60,70,80 years old they were delighted with the house and place all very clean and organized well airy beaches around wonderful... not tenhos doque complaining about Amilton is a great host always catered and responded ... i look forward to returning now with my family who miss that place.... nota 1000.

ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

We spent a wonderful family weekend in the apartment of Francisca. The space is very clean, modern and renovated. Everything was impeccable! It is very close to beach and easy access. The condominium staff is very solicitous and kind. Francisca, inclusive, an excellent host! Extremely kind, sympathetic and did everything possible to accommodate us in the best possible way and fulfill our requests. I would definitely stay at this location again!

Bom Dia, it is with great pleasure that I leave here my evaluation , Cláudia was very attentive from the beginning, everything I asked he always answered and quickly, the apto is Very Good, we went in 6 people and we were very well accommodated, very close to the beach , for those who go with children the beach of indaiá is great, especially the indaiá canton that practically does not have waves and the water is very clean, it is close to the apt also, for those who are walking about 30 to 40 minutes walking , by car is fast. The apartment is very complete, even has cooler and chairs and sun umbrellas to take to the beach , nearby supermarket, in short we like everything and certainly recommend it to everyone. Only a warning has a gym , but you have to have sneakers to use ( just letting me know because I went with a slipper to the beach and could not use the academy for this detail rs ).
