Evde toplam 3 adet klima vardır. Dış mekanda 2 adet akıllı kameralar bulunmaktadır. Bahçe içine girişi olan güvenli otopark bulunmaktadır. Aidat yoktur. Müstakil girişlidir. Evin önünde temz asfalt dökülmüştür. yaklaşık 200 metre ilerde İskenderun Arsuz yoluna bağlanma imkanı vardır. Yalı Beach Klup oteline plaja özel giriş imkanı vardır. Giriş ücretsizdir ama yiyecek ve içecekler ücrete tabidir. Diva Turka oteli önü halka açık plaj bulunmaktadır. A101 mağazası yol çatısında vardır. Civardaki Et lokanları ve fırınlar sayesinde Eve yemek servisi yapılmaktadır. Lahmacun , tepsi kebapları , tepside tavuk kızartmalar eve servis yapılmaktadır. It also includes bedding sets, towels, duvets, a special bed for the baby, bedding sets and towels for your extra guests, all kitchen utensils, a washing machine, an iron, a TV, air conditioning, and much more—everything you would expect to find in a home. :) The garden area is shared with the neighboring suite.
