Entrance, utility room with washing machine, and shower and toilet are on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, sofa bed and small loft (u. screen). Parking right at the door as well as supermarket, bakery and tank station. There is a private terrace with garden furniture - both covered and for sun, barbecue and fire pit. Everything is newly renovated. Note: Linen packages DKK 50,/per person (consisting of bed linen, 4 towels, bath mat, tea towels, etc.) mandatory. The home is not suitable for children or people with walking disabilities.

It is 5 minutes by car (10 by bike) to the cozy village of Årslev-Sdr. Nærå with a bakery, supermarket(s) and some absolutely fantastic swimming lakes. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.

The house is well equipped with everything needed for a stay.

Beautiful townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. The light rail is about a 16-minute walk via beautiful trails. The E20 is nice and close, without being a nuisance. The garden is fully fenced and has its own exit. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer make it easy for a longer stay. Large and spacious living room with plenty of beautiful natural light. Space for 3 cars with private and free parking.
