The place is amazing. It has all the amenities you would need. The host was very welcoming, communicative, and ready to help with our needs anytime. Great value for the money. Please note that the place is located on top of a VERY steep hill and I would not recommend climbingit with luggage. If you are arriving at the airport, don't hesitate to catch a taxi, and if you don't know how to get tocthe location just contact the host and they will give directions to the taxi driver. Other than that, I would HIGHLY recommend staying here if you are looking to get away from the city bustle.

The dwelling is very beautiful.. In a lively area in the center of Trabzon .. Very close to the mall and the surrounding area is wonderful .. Close to all services .. The mosque is in front of the house just steps away.. Very suitable for the families, especially the Gulf .. And Mr. Temel is very responsive and helpful .. I advise everyone to book without hesitation .. We will have other visits when we come to Rabzon, God willing.

Great place and scenery but it’s hard to go to uzungol by walking but if u have a car it’s easy and it’s very clean

Water heaters are not enough for the apartment to be changed in larger size and some rooms have to be fitted with air conditioning

A beautiful, clean apartment in the ground floor overlooking the river and the public street.. And wide, it is a few minutes away from Ozengoul and away from the hassle and around the services of a toy mosque, groceries and a gas shop and thank you for the gift 🌽🌽 I recommend it to those whose family was medium and small

The apartment is so nice and very cosy and clean, view fron the balcony is very enjoyable, the only thing that was not perfect is the size of the bathroom, its very small like 1.5 m*1. m. other than that everything was great and I recommend it.

The housing is very clean and a quiet location The price is a little high, the right price is 250 riyals, equivalent to 250 Turkish liras .

This apartment is near to the bus stand. Can easily take the minibus to the City Center (Meydan).

We had a wonderful stay! Mr. Yusuf was extremely responsive and very helpful. He went above and beyond to assist us as needed. The location is great and easily walkable the market/cafes. There is plenty of parking directly by the apartment. I highly recommend this property; we would definitely stay again!

One of my most beautiful days in Trabzon , the residence is very clean and beautiful in all respects , all the needs are there and its companions are nice and the area is quiet and beautiful , and getting to the house is easy. I advise you to rent and not ask anyone and you will never regret it.
