Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. View of the sea. You can enjoy the sunrise over the sea and watch it setting in the mountains. We are on the whale route from July to November. In the summer, you can enjoy the beach with tranquility, without crowds. Our little house was inspired by tiny American houses. It has a combined living room and kitchen, a bathroom and two mezzanines. Sleeps up to three people. We have dogs and cats that roam freely. Spayed pets are welcome. 20 km from Torres.

Summer and winter apartment

Relax in this calm and private space, located two blocks from Andreazza market and half a block from the sea, and three blocks from Bolzan hotel. With a south and north view of the sea from the apartment's windows, and the entire neighborhood is totally residential, calm and quiet, making it a peaceful and hospitable accommodation. Private garage next to the condominium entrance hall. The entire kitchen with custom-made furniture to better accommodate guests. Sinta-se em casa.

Fiori Del Mare, a cozy space near the sea.

*With optional breakfast for 25 reais. Special for couples or families with one child, Fiori Del Mare is a cozy flat decorated in neutral and earthy tones. Very compact but with everything you need for your comfort. Bed with a spring mattress for a good night's rest. Wi-Fi, TV, and the location is great, near the German Market and one block from the sea. And 1 kilometer from the center. A large patio with hammocks and lounge chairs for sipping a mate or a beer.

I rent out house no. 2 with a swimming pool, in the Alfa resort in Arroio do Sal/RS. It has 2 bedrooms, fans in the bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV, internet, Sky, Netflix, an equipped kitchen, a closed patio, CINDAPA alarm and monitoring. WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS OF FRIENDS, ONLY FAMILIES. WE DO NOT RENT TO EVENTS OR BIRTHDAYS. The rental is for up to 7 people. NO LOUD NOISES. We do not provide bed linen. No more than 2 small pets. The cleaning fee is R$ 200.

Charming masonry house, in a calm and quiet seaside resort, 350 meters from the sea, with a large patio, fenced and wooded. The house has a large balcony with a barbecue grill.
