Second floor with two bedrooms + bathroom. It has a fan and pillows but no linens and towels for personal use. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Balneario Pérola is located between Arroio do Sal (5 km from the center) and Curumim. It is great for rest and is less than a 10-minute drive to the center. There is an Interpraias bus one block away.

Ao lado, temos o Parque Municipal Tupancy, onde a mata de restinga segue preservada, e animais silvestres podem ser facilmente avistados. Nesse Parque, são oferecidas duas trilhas fáceis e autoguiadas, que terminam em um banho de lago.

There is Wi-Fi and a 43-inch 4K smart TV in the space. Parking with space for 3 cars. We have a bicycle for rent.
