Villa Allegra

An exceptional traditional two stored house in the heart of the capital city of Kythera. It can accommodate up to 6 persons, in all 3 bedrooms. It consists of two levels, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a WC. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a small balcony with view in the Venetian Castle of Chora.

This seaside guest house is located just above the beautiful beach of Firi Ammos and is a gem with an open view of the sea and the southern tip of the Peloponnese. It is one of the two independent guest houses of a house located in the settlement of Agia Pelagia (going south) which is not adjacent to other houses. A uniquely designed 40 m² space on the first floor of an 1830s stone building, 5 meters high, bathed in light and overlooking the traditional village and Cape Malea. Aroniadika is one of the four traditional settlements on the island, ideally located so that visitors need to travel equal distances to both the northern and southern parts of the island.
