We loved everything about Bluebell Cottage - the garden was wonderfully peaceful, the cottage was tastefully furnished and decoraged. The many positive items mentioned in other reviews are confirmed. In addition, this host really aced some details that most other Airbnb hosts flub, e.g.: 1. Enough hooks and places to hang hats, coats, bath towels, dish towels, clothes, etc. 2. In the kitchen, the sharp knives are actually sharp! 3. Strong wifi signal throughout 4. Enough space in the shower! AND good water pressure! We had a super experience and are thankful to Karen for answering our many questions with helpful and relevant suggestions - she made our stay perfect!

We had an absolutely lovely stay. Marthie is an amazing host. We loved the home and the entire town. The home was clean, quirky, full of character, loved the crisp white linen on the beds, super comfortable beds and pillows. Kitchen well equipped with quality crockery and cookware. Probably my favourite airbnb stay so far!

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft besonders gut geeignet für mehr als 2 Personen.Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Lage war für uns optimal. etwas angewandt vom Ortskern am schönsten Küstenabschnitt mit dem Roman Beach ganz in der Nähe und auch der Ortskern leicht und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. wir können das cottage auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. We just returned from a (too brief!) stay at Hans' place and are already planning our next visit. The house is modern, immaculate and comfortable, but the location is absolutely incredible. The kids would have happily spent our entire visit down at the beach, and we enjoyed starting and ending our days (with coffee or wine in hand) walking down the path to the shore and sitting on a bench taking in the view while they splashed about. On our next visit we will plan fewer excursions and build in more down time to spend at the house just enjoying the property and the amazing location.

On the spur of the moment, we put in a request to overnight at Gail's place and were pleasantly surprised when she responded within an hour. Gail's flat was squeaky clean and fragrant and had every amenity we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Gail is a warm and gracious host, and I can highly recommend booking her place.

Alison’s home in Pearly Beach is a stunning mix of a modern beach home with a warm family feel. We loved the space and found it cozy and yet spacious enough for our whole family (3 young boys), including my mom. Pearly Beach itself is beautiful & we thoroughly enjoyed the ocean feels. Alison’s home felt so clean and well equipped! Loved the walk in shower and nap inducing couches.

Really enjoyed my stay. The weather wasn’t great for 2 days but the view of the ocean from the flat was amazing. A good place to break away from the busy city to slow down and just unwind for a time. It is safe to walk around and the beach is easily accessible. Mari and the owner responded quickly to my messaged when I had a problem or 2 and sorted it out just as quicklyPeople in the area are friendly too Definitely will stay there again and recommend to others as well

Shout out to Anmarie views to die for from the balcony and would recommend staying here. It's just 5 mins walk to the harbour for the cage diving which we came for at the White Shark Diving Company and 10 mins drive to Gainsbaai places. Recommend Klipgap Caves and coffee or tipple stop at Coffee On The Rocks.

We recently stayed at this stunning holiday accommodation, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and a bonus was the spectacular sea view. We highly recommend this for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, tranquil setting with a host who goes above and beyond to make the stay a very pleasant experience.

Philip was proactive on check in details, met us on arrival, showed us around and made us feel right at home in his wonderful very spacious apartment. The facilities, surrounding and overall space in the apartment is five star + The decor was modern, beautifully appointed and ultra smart! With and a lovely five minute walk to the beach and beach restaurants.

Marianne was a wonderful host. Unfortunately I had an incident whereby I had to amend my booking by late notice... I hope Marianne understood that my intention was never to cheat her for more guests, rather everything was circumstantial. I definitely recommend the stay.

My stay at South Point Lodge in Cape Agulhas was absolutely incredible! The property was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and perfectly situated near the southernmost tip of Africa. The cozy and welcoming atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk from the iconic Cape Agulhas Lighthouse and the stunning coastline. I loved how peaceful and serene it was while still being close to local shops and restaurants. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. They provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions and made sure every detail was taken care of during my stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a unique and beautiful destination, I can’t recommend South Point Lodge enough. I’d return in a heartbeat!

Das Appartment im dritten Stock hatte von der Terrasse einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer bis hinüber nach Hermanus mit seinen spektakulären Bergen. Küche, Wohnzimmer und erstes Schlafzimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem, was wir für unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt benötigten. Wir haben uns in diesem Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation mit L war sehr nett und jederzeit hilfreich.

Henri made us feel right at home. He is a kind and considerate host. His home has perfect to base ourselves from to explore the surrounding area.

Wir hatten den perfekten Aufenthalt bei Lesley und Tim. Das Appartment ist der absolute Wahnsinn und die Aussicht unschlaggbar und nur schwer auf Fotos angemessen wiederzugeben. Die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet um schoen zu kochen oder zu grillen. Lesley und Tim sind außerdem wirklich herausragende Gastgeber! Wir haben viele lokale Tipps bekommen und Lesley hat uns bei der Buchung unserer Aktivitäten unterstützt. Wirklich zu empfehlen ist auch ein Essen bei Benguela. Dieser Abend hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet.
