Vacation rentals in Armash

Anna's house was exactly what I needed for my long stay of 5 weeks. Anna was responsive to any questions/needs I had. Anna was very accommodating for my arrival very early in the morning (4am). The house was very nice. A good amount of space for 1-2 people. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook and the washer worked perfectly while I was there. There's a heater for when the room gets cold and the TV works in case you want to watch local Tele. The place is a 5 minutes walk from GUM market, which is amazing. It's 10 minutes from the metro by walking, but there's also plenty of busses that are nearby. it's a 15-20 minute walk to the train station. And it's only a 30 minutes walk to city centre if you want to walk the whole way.

Ani was quick and very responsive and very helpful, super nice to communicate with. The place looks better in person than the pictures, in my opinion. It's cozy and for what the current price is here in Yerevan, seemingly adequate priced. I will mention that the neighbors were quite loud at night and the sound isolation wasn't the best. Other than that, we enjoyed are stay at Ani's place and would have stayed longer if it would have been available.

The place was great for our 8 days family reunion stay. There are everything you need in the kitchen if you decide to cook and a great barbecue in the garden. Lusine & Hasmik replied to our messages very quickly and were very helpful. We would definitely recommend to our friends to stay here and will be back when we are back in Armenia. Taxi fare to Yerevan is £8 and would take 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. It is very close to Garni Temple and Symphony of stones which are two popular historical sites to visit.
