The old mill

Old oil mill turned dwelling house at the entrance to the village. Independent house with enclosed courtyard, 38m2 terrace and 40m2 sheltered garden with garden furniture, sun loungers and solar shower. On the ground floor (air conditioning), kitchen open to living room and terrace, living room and toilet. It is in Saint-Félicien, in the heart of the North of Ardèche that we suggest you put down your suitcases for a stay in our charming house. The house is about 1.5 hours from Lyon, Grenoble, Valence and Saint-Etienne. It is located in the middle of nature at almost 1000 meters above sea level. The tranquility of the place and the beauty of the landscape will certainly win you over. You will be welcomed in a large, renovated house in a fairly modern style and fully equipped.

For your car, free parking located a few meters away is available for you, and there is a closed room for your bicycles. Our fully renovated guest house is equipped with all modern comforts with covered terrace.

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
