Cabin vacation rentals in Arjona

10/10 HANDS DOWN!!!!!!!!!!! The photos do not do this place justice at all!!!!!! From the beginning of the property to the end, there is a host of little spaces where traditional Colombian architecture meets family style. It was my birthday and I was travelling solo, but at Antonio’s, I didn’t feel alone, they made me feel apart of their family! Fresh breakfast every AM, and there are groundskeepers who give hotel service by way of making the bed and cleaning the room everyday! The only downside is it is about 20 minutes from Cartagena, costing about $25 one way… so budget wisely if you do not rent a car! It is a private property, so many drivers do not go all the way into the property but instead, drop you off a few miles before…BUT Antonio provided driver resources which made travel much easier. This is definitely the place for you if you want some peace and quiet every night before entering the city, etc., or even just enjoy a beautiful property like me.

Wonderful place! Water and sunsets are a spectacle. The perfect dock to rest, beach easily accessible and good food. The spaces are quite spacious and clean. The managers super attentive to everything you need, whether to get to the place or do other activities. Tip: Avoid the hustle from vendor trying to "help" to find the place. Use the uber service that the host offers, It would pick you up from Cartagena take you to right in front of the place. Overall, very good experience :) Thank you!

No esperen un lugar de lujo, al igual que los demás hoteles de esta zona, lo rico es la ubicación y la vista! El trato de Marcelo, Luis y las demás personas del lugar fue excelente. Marcelo siempre estuvo atento, tanto como para conseguir cualquier paseo a buen precio, hasta para abrir la nevera por la madrugada para comprar bebidas. También tiene restaurante y el desayuno es rico, no tuve la fortuna de probar la comida peruana. El balcón es compartido pero tiene suficiente espacio. Está en la orilla de la playa y la zona se sintió segura aún saliendo a caminar por la noche. Definitivamente volvería!

Todo en el hostal estuvo muy bien y es el mar más lindo que he visto en mi vida. Lo único que me pasó incómodamente es que una persona que me recomendaron y llamaron del hostal para regresarnos a Cartagena en lancha nos recogió en el hostal y nos aseguró que llevaba por 80 y no fue así… en medio Del Mar nos cambiaron de lancha y nos dejó en un lugar peligroso lleno de basura en donde perdi un bolso y nadie me respondió por eso y por un taxi de más que tuve que pagar.

Vacaciones de ensueño en Villa Katia! La casa es un verdadero paraíso: amplia, acogedora y equipada. La piscina muy agradable, los chicos disfrutaron muchísimo . Las habitaciones son impecables, limpias y cómodas, sin ningún rastro de bichos. Pero lo que realmente hace que Villa Katia sea especial es la calidez y hospitalidad de Sonia y Pedro. Estuvieron siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos, y nos prepararon platos deliciosos que nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Los niños se divirtieron un montón, y nosotros también! Sin duda, Villa Katia es un destino que recomendamos a cualquier familia o grupo de amigos que busque un lugar para relajarse y disfrutar. ¡Volveremos sin duda! ¡Gracias, Sonia, Pedro y Luis, por hacer que nuestras vacaciones sean inolvidables!

Sabrina, Choco and Oscar were lovely! Sabrina was very friendly and fun to chat with. Her home is far from luxurious, so if you're comfortable with no running water and no electricity, you'll be fine! The beautiful beach and Colombian people who live on the island make the experience worth it. We will always remember our time on Playa Blanca. Thank you for being so kind to us Sabrina :)

El lugar no es tan moderno como se anuncia, nunca tuvimos internet. La habitación es sencilla, pero cómoda y con una vista espectacular, y eso lo valió todo. Solo la usamos para dormir y cumplió su función. Del sitio donde dejan los taxis hay que caminar un buen tramo, pero el personal del lugar es muy amable y con mucha disposición, si te pones de acuerdo van a esperarte para indicarte dónde es el sitio. Al baño le falta ventilación. La pasamos muy bien.

It was great to stay at this place, it was pretty clean all over the place, good service from the service people at the club. The only thing we found a little inconvenient is the location, it’s pretty far away from everything, no stores, restaurants so it was hard to go in and out. If you have your own vehicle it’s an amazing place to stay! Thank you all!
