Vacation rentals in Aridagawa, Arida District

I was a little worried because this Airbnb listing is new, but we’re so thankful that we stayed here. Honestly the pictures don’t do the place justice, it’s so beautiful: a perfect blend of traditional and modern. All the amenities are new and stylish and the hosts couldn’t be kinder. They own a local cafe nearby and I also recommend you spend some time there to enjoy lunch or a coffee, you won’t regret it! I’d also recommend you get some groceries before settling in, because the kitchen is great to prepare some meals in. We were running late, but the host was kind enough to take us to a local grocery store, such great hospitality! The area surrounding is a quiet and peaceful, but it gives you a little taste of the Japanese countryside and gets you away from the “gaijin hordes”. Please come and enjoy a few days here, can’t recommend it highly enough!

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely stay at the house with our 11 month old baby. It looks exactly as it does in the photos and is a wonderful sanctuary to come home to after a day of sightseeing. We visited Koyasan and Nara Deer Park (which are both about an hour away) during our week there, as well as a few more local shrines. We appreciated that there was a supermarket a 10 min. drive away for all of our cooking needs. Hitoshi was a great communicator and generously allowed us some flexibility with our check-in/check-out times. We definitely recommend the house and would love to stay again if ever in the area.

我们一共九个人，因从东京到大阪的新干线太晚，便求助🆘老板，老板回复很快，帮我们联系车，在我们一到站就接我们，此时已经是凌晨12点，谢谢老板相助。 第二天因为赶飞机老板亲自从大阪市区来接我们，属实是感恩啊。 房子在幽灵的位置，不会被吵到；卫生四个字：一尘不染；位置：离机场驾车大概20分钟，坐地铁大概30分钟，但是老板会负责到机场接车，如果自驾的话，更是强烈推荐，性价比超高，可以欣赏到周边的美景，很舒服的地。 沟通：老板是在日本留学多年的中国人，沟通非常顺畅，老板回复非常迅速。 空间和硬件：有四间房，每间房有足够的空间，还有一个大厅，两个厕所，干湿分离，厨房也有相应的厨具微波炉等，老板上备足了充分的牙具洗漱用品、浴巾、拖鞋等，整体上空间非常充分，整栋建筑独享，不会有其他人打扰，很有家的味道。 花园景观也很漂亮，种了一些花花草草，花园虽然不大，但是小巧精致空间也完全够用，且拥有车库。还有两辆自行车，因时间不够没来及去附近的沙滩🏖️，但晨起骑行乡间小道像是走入宫崎骏的世界一样。 价格：我们一共7大人2孩子个，一晚上包栋才1600人民，很划算。 遗憾的是没能好好的住上几天，期望后面还有机会住上这满分的小家。 这是这次三个住的地方最满意的独栋小别墅🏡。 祝老板和老板娘早日实现财富自由周游世界哈！

I don’t even know how to start – this place is so magical that I almost didn’t want to write a review, just to keep it to myself. Staying here was everything I dreamed of: a traditional Japanese house, nestled deep in the forest on a mountain, surrounded by stunning nature. It’s simple in the most beautiful way – grounding, peaceful, and full of atmosphere. We stayed in two separate houses, both spacious, clean, and incredibly cozy. Sleeping on tatami mats, cooking in the rustic kitchen, grilling at the fire pit – every moment felt special. Our host was warm and welcoming, and even checked in to see if we needed anything. A small note: don’t come with a large car. The narrow mountain road and the steep driveway are a bit of an adventure themselves – but they are absolutely worth it. This place touched us deeply and has become a true place of longing. We’ll definitely come back and stay longer next time. Thank you for sharing this gem with the world.

This place was amazing! It is nestled in the mountain with the most spectacular view. The roads are extremely narrow and mostly single lane to the property, however it was completely worth it for the views, peace and tranquility. The photos don’t do it justice. Would love to come back!

房东一家都好好人，虽然我不怎么会英语和完全不懂日语，但在沟通上完全没问题，房东很主动用手机翻译软件，耐心地跟我介绍房屋里的设施和周边游玩的地方。 房屋设施很好，很干净。房屋内一切应有的设施基本都有，还可以自己煮吃。周边环境很安静，很适合徒步游玩，可以徒步走海岸线，也可以深入走走附近的村落，好好感受下白浜的文化。另外民宿对出就是一个沙滩，这个沙滩人很少，很适宜一家大小在那游玩。如需要吃饭和购物，走15分钟至20分钟就可以到24小时超市，超市内什么都有，还可以买材料会回民宿煮吃，真的很方便。 最后还需要感谢房东，因为天气原因，JR延误导致错过了去民宿那里的最后一班公交车，但房东好好人，房东已经提前联系了我们，还指导我们坐那一班公交车去附近的站点，然后开车在那个站点迎接我们回民宿。

This is a wonderfully renovated traditional Japanese cabin. Best bagels and bread!! Super community and school. Thank you to the kind host Midori and her colleague at the school who showed us around and who bakes the delicious bread. Support them by staying here.

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung von Miko. Das Apartment befindet sich in einer Anlage die aus mehreren Wohneinheiten besteht und diese sind alle im traditionellen japanischen Stil eingerichtet. In allen Bereichen wurden nur hochwertige Materialien verwendet, so dass man sich sehr wohl fühlen kann. Der Garten ist schön und gut gepflegt, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und aufmerksam, ich kann mich nur vollständig positiv zu meinem Aufenthalt äußern. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft allen Reisenden, die sich für Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit entscheiden, nach meiner Einschätzung gibt es, neben einem Tempel auf dem Berg in der Nähe, keine besonderen kulturellen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe.
