I had a fantastic stay at Marco’s Airbnb! The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. The kitchen had plenty of amenities, the TV was great, and the internet speed was impressively fast. The entire space felt very comfortable and welcoming. Marco himself was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. He provided detailed instructions on how to get to the property and gave great local recommendations. It really felt like we made a new friend during our stay. The neighborhood is also a big plus: very safe, quiet, and located in a gated complex, which added an extra sense of security. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—you’ll feel right at home!

A great, impeccable place! Very clean and modern, very pleasant with a terrace that offers a magnificent view! Patrizia is available for any questions and was very nice for our arrival and for her advice. The accommodation is located in the city center which allows you to visit Tivoli on foot, all the equipment is perfect inside, and air-conditioned.... I recommend this place that will give you the opportunity to discover the unmissable places of Tivoli and a few kilometers from Rome. Thanks to Patrizia for her kindness and support.

Suburban area. Quiet neighborhood but no places to have lunch or dinner unless you travel by car. Places of interest 30/35 minutes by car Zoomarine, Cinecittà World, Torvaianica, Castel Romano outlet. For supermarkets, you can get to Pavona (8/10 minutes) or Pomezia (8/10 minutes) by car. The house is fully equipped, perfect. As the only indication/advice, I suggest equipping the apartment with an anti-mosquito repellent system because mosquito nets may not be sufficient.

Sarah was a wonderful host! She was already waiting for us joyfully at the window, which made us feel very welcome and at home immediately. The place itself was very clean and tidy – a real plus! The location is well connected; by tram you can reach the accommodation from Rome Termini in about 15 minutes. A small downside was the accessibility to the accommodation at night. From about 10:30 pm, public transport no longer runs, which is why it is sometimes a little difficult to get to the accommodation at night by public transport, and the buses, which occasionally ran in the evening, were often very full. Not for night owls. Despite these small restrictions, we would recommend Sarah's accommodation, especially if you value a warm host and clean accommodation.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious and very tidy, the location is excellent a few steps from the train station, the hosts are very friendly and are always available to answer any questions, excellent place value for money

Daniele’s place was perfect, cozy, and 20 mins from Rome. He received us warmly. There aren't enough hosts like him. We stayed 2 nights and could have easily stayed more. 100% recommend !

This stay was magic. If you’re not able to use stairs, this will be a problematic location - however, if you are mobile and able to carry luggage up tight/steep stairs - you’ll love this place. It was clean and well equipped - with a terrace that made our stay amazing. Spacious with a wonderful view for miles and miles. When we return to Tivoli, this is where we will stay.

The apartment is wonderfully located - lovely area and well within walking distance of the main sights. The terrace is delightful - especially for early morning coffee and late afternoon sundowners!

We had a wonderful stay at Federica’s apartment in Rome. It was the perfect place to return to after exploring the city’s many tourist spots. The location is fantastic — with the metro just around the corner, getting around was so easy. There’s also a 24-hour shop nearby, and a few lovely restaurants offering gluten-free options, which was especially important for our son who is celiac. What made our stay even more special was finding a dedicated gluten-free shop right under the apartment — such a rare and wonderful convenience! The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Federica really thought of the little things too — there was coffee, olive oil in the kitchen, and even laundry tablets ready for us. One of our favorite parts was the terrace. After long, busy days in Rome, it was the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine or simply relax in the evening air. Thank you, Federica, for a lovely stay!

Beautiful apartment, nice terrace, I would recommend it!

The apartment is the same as the photos, it has everything you need and is quite comfortable. The shower is something small. The neighborhood is not the most beautiful in Rome and is somewhat far from the center, however there are several train and bus stops nearby. The surroundings are very Roman, not touristy at all.

Beautiful clean accommodation. Metro, supermarkets, restaurants all within walking distance. Marianna is totally nice and very helpful and gave great tips for the area👍🏼

This was an ideal spot for a week working just near Bracciano. I found it to be a perfect place to come home to in the evenings. The lake is a lovely run/walk away and the town has everything you need. The mattress is arguably the most comfortable I’ve found in Italy!!!!!

Great stay in Rome! The place is very big and comfortable. Even has a small balcony for some relaxing breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again! Keep in mind that the place is in an ZTL zone, important if you are driving.

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.

Our stay in Svilena’s home was heavenly! Such a well thought out and welcoming place. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Spanish Steps. Wonderful to return to the beautiful, tranquil, carefully curated space that she has created. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in her home and hope to return one day.

As always this is our favourite Airbnb! Antonino is the best host and the apartment has everything you need and more. Location is perfect with 10 Minute walk to the beach, two supermarkets literally around the corner, bike rental vis a vis. It cannot get much better than this!

Has a fantastic time a Guiseppe’s place! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! The accommodation was very comfortable and clean! It was perfect for our family! The location was great for accessing all of the main attractions in Rome and Guiseppe was so helpful in guiding us in the right direction to ensure we had a smooth visit! Everything was great! And we had read other reviews so know what the challenges may be and were prepared for a little noise from the neighbours. But that was no real issue. Just overall a fantastic stay!
