A place that makes you feel right at home, very complete breakfasts and good conversations. In addition, the hosts are very friendly and concerned about their guests. I would definitely stay at the place again on another occasion.

Franklin was very helpful to say the least. I got sick at the airport and arrived late right before midnight and he was very accommodating in my change of schedule. Him and his wife Mari are really friendly and love to talk about life and whatever else is on your mind. They are my kind of people! If you choose to stay here I promise you won’t regret it. The memories will live on but I will indeed miss them.

Cindy is accommodating and available and gives good advice for visiting the city , the accommodation is clean comfortable, with fan, we have a quiet and quiet night! Cooking is convenient I would recommned this property.

Great host. The place was clean and comfortable.

Apartment with all the comforts for a comfortable stay: 3 rooms, washer-dryer, terraces, two bathrooms, all impeccable. The location is close to the beach, but requires getting around by car or Uber to go to attractive sectors of the city, such as downtown and morro, as I did not see public transportation. At night everything is very quiet, ideal for resting. I recommend it!

Everything is very good, great location, close to the beach, restaurants and warehouses. The administration of the building is friendly, and Marion is always attentive to any problems. The only thing to note is that on evenings, especially weekends, the street in front of the balcony can be a little bustling.

Ideal accommodation for families with small children, the pool is small, but very cozy and surrounded by trees. My very happy girls and they had a lot of fun. Well distributed apartment with everything you need for a couple of days. They charge extra for using the parking lot, which is not explicit in the description, although the value is small is not welcome that additional charges appear. Overall it was a very good choice.

The apartment was next to the boulevard, very central. The center is a couple of blocks away. The images correspond 100% to the rented apartment, it has a spacious living room, 3 bathrooms, 3 rooms, fully equipped with an iron, towels, hair dryer, etc. The condominium where it is located is super quiet, there is 24/7 surveillance. If I had to say something negative, it would be regarding the maintenance of the apartment, for example there were damaged faucets, the air extractor in one of the bathrooms was not working and the flashing on the floating floor was damaged... but that was not relevant, since we loved the place and the location. I recommend the place closed.
