Hay un guardia 24 horas al día. Está en el primer piso y totalmente amueblado con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Hay un cuarto de servicio en el lugar con una barbacoa que se puede reservar. El condominio está a 3 minutos caminando de la parada de autobús que te llevará al centro de la ciudad, otras playas o el Morro.
