Come and stay in this very bright house with a large living room, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a new bathroom. The house faces the sea with panoramic views between La Pointe du Raz and Cap de la Chèvre. The beach is a 3-minute walk away (sand yachting, kite surfing, a little surfing). A 3-minute walk to a bread depot and convenience store. 2 km to a grocery store and bakery. 10 min drive to Plomodiern and 15 min to Crozon. Your animal friends are welcome

Ideal for lovers or solo travelers, lovers of sea bathing, surfing or hiking, this 37 m2 cabin built to the west of the Crozon peninsula enjoys an exceptional location: at the table, a panoramic view of the ocean, and 230 m away, Goulien beach. The interior, inspired by Scandinavia for its simplicity, functionality and brightness, offers all the desired comforts (including SATELLITE TV and Wi-Fi connection) and is more like a mini loft.

Sea view. Quiet. 200 m from the large sandy beach of Pentrez in Saint Nic. The 30 m² "BEACH" apartment with its 16 m² private terrace consists of a living room with equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a bed for 2 people (quality bedding, bed made on arrival) and a private shower room. Saint Nic is the perfect central base for checking out Finistère. In the immediate vicinity you will find cafes and bakeries, restaurants and creperies.

Independent 18 m2 studio, bright and renovated. Pentrez Beach 2 km away Conveniently located for visiting the Crozon peninsula, Douarnenez and the Pointe du Raz, the beautiful village of Locronan... Exterior with garden table and chairs + bicycle storage. Inside: a kitchen area, a sofa, a TV, a sleeping area (140 cm bed), shower, sink, toilet I live in the adjoining house, you can count on my discretion during your stay.

Second port of the Brest harbor with about twenty traditional boats, several of which are classified as historical monuments, seen in Thalassa, Echappées Belles (Loc'h Monna, Général Leclerc...), and offering sea excursions. Boat slip in front of the house, rowing club, diving club... Hiking trails. Terrace and garden.

Located on the 2nd and top floor, in a quiet residence overlooking the port rhu, 51 m2 furnished tourist apartment. You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Please note, the garage is very small (see pictures).

Shared swimming pool reserved for residents We don't live there, we prefer self check-in with a lockbox.

Relax in this 45 m2 quiet and elegant accommodation, take a moment outdoors to relax under a large mulberry tree in its large flowery garden with sea view. 200 m from the beach and the GR34. Summer is a very popular season for us and to better manage arrivals and departures via our work, our rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
