The house is spacious, on a corner and close to the leisure area, has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suites, a balcony with a gourmet area (barbecue), a TV room integrated with the dining room and kitchen. The house is on a corner lot and is very spacious. It is at the entrance to the Vó Maria restaurant. The house is a little far from the center of Areia and Remígio. Distances: Areia: 10 km / Remígio 8 km Book for the right number of people! We do not have bath linen (towels)!

The environment has large rooms and balconies, as well as a beautiful garden with several species of exotic plants and flowers, as well as those typical of the region.
