We loved our stay. Everything was present in the cottage. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood but still close to shops and restaurants and also close to very beautiful white beaches. Thanks Scott for the many resources and tips.

Torbreck Croft

CristinaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Torbreck croft is very well-maintained and well-equipped with a homely cozy feel. We loved all the paintings and family photos. It was the perfect combination between somewhere that has been owned and loved by the family for years with the practicalities (and cleanliness) of a holiday letting. The woodburner in the kitchen was great. The house is bright and airy, yet warm and cozy. Mattress and bed linen were of excellent quality. The access to the loch was our morning walks and our small dog loved it. We had frequent visits from a couple of deer. We would definitely recommend!

The Bunker

LizRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We absolutely loved it I think this has made Lewis our new favourite island. I saw most of the marine life I was wanting to see from the balcony: seals and birds. The kitchen was great for cooking and eating in. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful stay x

Lodge with private hot tub.

JessicaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Ishbel and Angus's place. The lodge was very comfortable, clean and bigger than it looks in the photos. The hot tub was a welcome respite in the evenings after our hill walking adventures, and you never tire of the views, they are outstanding. We mainly did hill walking and scrambling in the area. We booked a two day scrambling course with a local guide which was fantastic. We walked/ran to and from Scoraig, and we enjoyed a two hour boat trip around the summer isles from Ullapool. We definitely recommend the Sea Shack in Ullapool for fresh seafood! The area is remote, peaceful and quiet, a perfect getaway from it all. You can truly switch off here and enjoy the natural world.

Dal na Mara: luxury home with stunning sea views

KarenRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Dal na Mara literally took my breath away. I'd seen all the photos, but the reality is ethereal! I literally spent the first day looking out the windows, listening to the wind, watching the sun move across the water, islands, and mountains. I will treasure my week of relaxation and being in the moment. The home is beautifully furnished, comfortable, and creates a wonderful home for the week. Helga has thought of everything as well as the directions. I ever closed the blinds because I wanted to see the view 24-7. Private, so I didn't feel exposed. The bed was a cloud. So many places to travel see the incomparable NW Highlands as well as Ullapool. BEST TRAVEL LOCATION AND ACCOMMODATION IN 35 YEARS!!
A wooden fireplace mantel frames a black log burner, positioned against a brick wall. Above, a painting of a Highland cow adds character to the space. The white paneling enhances the light throughout the room, creating a warm and inviting focal point.

The Gate Lodge

KaiRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Great new addition to AirBnB! Everything as described and better. Perfectly and very welcoming prepared for our arrival. Bathroom is brand new. Everything has been spotless clean. Overall very cosy. Easy communication with a very friendly host. Potential proximity to NC 500 wasn‘t a factor at all, it was so quiet. Would love to stay here again!
