La Châtaigne Perché – Cedar Side

The cottage "La Châtaigne Perchée" is located in a peaceful hamlet in the heart of the natural park. The view over the Monts d'Ardèche is magnificent. For sporting holidays (canyoning, via ferrata, tree climbing, caving, climbing, hiking) or simply to go green (walks, lakes, rivers, markets), the location is ideal for exploring the Ardeche (Pont du Diable, Mont Gerbier de Jonc, Vals les bains, Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, Lac-d'Issarlès ...). A 40 m2 studio located on the ground floor of my house. Kitchen area (hotplate, fridge, microwave, mini oven, washing machine)) bathroom 2 sinks, toilet and shower. In front of the studio, access to a private outdoor lawn of 100 m2, equipped with garden furniture and a summer kitchen: gas barbecue grill, gas stove with gas oven. The studio is located in a hamlet of 30 people in a place called Vielvic in Lozere. You can't park in front of the house but 50 meters max.

Located near Barjac "Cité de la Renaissance" 5 km, Vallon Pont d 'Arc 5 km, the gorges of the Ardeche, the Chauvet and Uzès cave 35/40 minutes. The place is very quiet. The views are exceptional and there are many activities in the area.

Come and discover the warm atmosphere of our trailer in this chestnut forest with a few farm animals who will welcome you. The trailer that we have made has kitchen equipment (oven,microwave , coffee maker..)shower, toilet, 2 beds (possibility 4 travelers), and a swimming pool (supplement of 5€ per day and per person to be paid on site).

4 person apartment

The 4-person apartment on the first floor has modern comforts and is located in an exotic area. Upon arrival after 4 p.m. a mandatory deposit of 200 euros will be requested upon arrival by check or cash at the key handover. No deposit, no rental. You must return the accommodation clean, or a cleaning fee of 30 euros. The accommodation must be vacated before 10 a.m. The price indicated is for 2 people, 10 euros extra per person per night.
