The apartment is very nice, but what definitely best about the accommodation is the garden. It is absolutely lovely and we enjoyed it a lot. Also it is very close to the lake, which is nice.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! The location was ideal and well connected by public transport, allowing you to fully use the Trentino card! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, clean and well furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped. The hospitality was impeccable. Alessandra and Michele are great hosts, very helpful providing us with all the information we needed to explore the area, as well as welcoming us with a great freshly made strudel, a fruit basket, a bottle and other delicacies! We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Trentino and look for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, even for four-legged friends who are fully welcomed and pampered! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Giuseppe’s house! From the moment I arrived, Giuseppe was extremely welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself was exactly as described, even better in person.

Yes, everything was fine, except for two or three things about the house cleaning. When we heated the milk in the microwave, we found the dish dirty; while the door of the first floor was being closed, we found a pair of socks (I presume they were from previous customers). The toilet paper in the bathroom above was missing, there were only empty rolls left... For the rest everything was ok, warm and cozy house!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Place is amazing and great if you have a family! Quiet but also entertaining for kids, the water games are awesome. I would add more pans and pots and utensils to cook with, other than that it was perfect!

It was a super positive experience. Franco's place is comfortable and spacious, it has everything you need. We had a great time with our 4 boys/children and 1 dog. Perfect location to visit the towns on the lake, relax and enjoy clean air.

The place is super nice and very clean. The backdrop and outdoor area are beautiful, you have a large pool with enough moorings, a hot tub & sauna for your own use. Fabio is very nice and helpful! In 10 minutes by car you are in Riva del Garda, so you have the proximity to the city and lake but still live in nature and quiet. We had our dog with us, it was great for him too! Great recommendation, we will be back! ☀️

We had a fantastic time. The apartment has a wonderful garden and views. The location is great. You can get directly to the lake via a tunnel and reach everything you need, within walking distance and by car in a few minutes. The apartment is adequately furnished, could only possibly use some love with curtains or images. The kitchen has a basic equipment. If you plan to cook a lot yourself, you should bring everything you need. Marco and Giorgia were great hosts and always available. We will definitely be back! 😊

It is our second time in San Felice del Benaco in this cosy place. We spent again a great family time between hiking, swimming in the lake and the pool, visiting Verona or some nearby waterfalls. That’s really perfect spot to be! We love it and this year A/C made a stay even more comfy during heatwaves. Definitely to recommend to all.

We felt right at home, Fausto picked us up on the street, the steep driveway is an experience. The pictures and description match the accommodation and surroundings. There are no restaurants and shops nearby, not even the beach. A mobile base is therefore highly recommended. Furniture a little older, but everything clean. Everything we needed was there, only a fan would have been the icing on the cake in the heat, not a day below 28 degrees, at night not a day below 20 degrees. A bathroom with a bathtub is located upstairs in the apartment, the 2nd with a shower downstairs in the annex of the garage, accessible through the apartment via a staircase. Fausto was always available, but we did not have to make use of it. Thank you Fausto, it was a nice, relaxing vacation in your house.

Beautiful views, private, peaceful and a great location to explore the different towns around the lake!

We spent our honeymoon with Vanessa. Despite our late arrival, we were very warmly received by her. We felt very comfortable from the start. We were able to contact Vanessa at any time with any questions. We lacked nothing and the apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished. The view of the lake is just indescribably beautiful. We enjoyed that the most, as well as the small garden with the sun loungers. The apartment is very quietly located, but you can quickly get to the village and have dinner there, go shopping or take a long beach walk to Malcesine. Only because the apartment is slightly elevated, you should be a good walker. We will certainly come back and remember our wonderful honeymoon very fondly. Thanks to Vanessa and her family ❤️

Only downside: very low ceilings, apartment not suitable for people higher than 1.80. Otherwise everything is super: spacious and clean apartment, quiet area but close to the ski resorts (15/20 min walk) and super responsive and helpful host!

The appartment is located in a beautiful villa surrounded by a wonderful garden. We really enjoyed the quiet, small swimming pool in the garden and there was a sauna next door which we also used. It is a special place and we will certainly come back. The garden is fenced which was convenient for us because we came with a dog ( you have to watch out for bees). To the centre about 15 minutes walk, to the beach a little further. The host is very friendly and responds quickly to messages. It was really great to spend time there.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Loredana’s place in Garda! From the moment we booked, Loredana was incredibly proactive, ensuring we had all the information we needed for a smooth arrival. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, offering excellent local tips and always being available if we had any questions. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and perfectly located.

Tiziano and Luisa are super hosts! We had a very good time and will be back for sure. Ideal place to go on vacation with your dog. Super comfortable bed and clean house, beautiful and tidy. They also brought us the keys the night we were locked out, super nice!

House is at very central location, easy to reach beach and ferry terminal. At the House we could find everthing we need. Ivano is well prepared host, he also give us very nice instructions for places to see around.
