We felt very comfortable in the apartment from the beginning. I was there with my daughter and we felt extremely safe. The house is very quiet. In the immediate vicinity is the subway, you can quickly get to the main attractions. The hosts were straightforward, nice, always available and wrote back quickly. We can only recommend it. We are just back from our lovely holiday in Rome where we stayed at Filomena's place. The house was great with all that you require for a comfortable stay. It was clean, nicely furnished and felt right at home. Filomena was very helpful with any questions, local recommendations for places to eat and were very responsive as well. Overall an amazing stay and would recommend Filomena's place to anybody looking for an accommodation in Rome.

The stay was great, the place has all the comforts and is fully equipped. It is 200m from the C metro stop that provides accessibility to the center. It's an artists' neighborhood and two blocks has a wide range of bars for snacks. Sunday was always kind and flexible to our schedules about the last day we had to leave our bags in order to take advantage of it. We even had to go a few days earlier than planned and he got us another airbnb for those days.

Very clean and well located accommodation close to bus lines and the metro to reach the main monuments of Rome. The accommodation is very close to a train station that allows you to get directly from the airport in 40 minutes. A few very good restaurants and ice cream parlors in the neighborhood. Really good host. Super responsive and pro-active to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Delightful place, well-kept, essential, perfect for those who want a quiet and relaxing stay with their 4-legged friends... The house is fenced and therefore perfect for letting dogs run free. You will find a lovely garden shaded by olive trees with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The patio with the outdoor table allowed us to eat out and enjoy the place. A stone's throw from the house, a private road will take you to the lake beach, also quiet and perfect for peace and relaxation... what can we say, beyond expectations you will be more than satisfied.
