At the entrance of the road to the ski resorts, in the charming village of "Les Mollettes", beautiful 2 bedroom double bed outbuilding in a 80 square meter single-family house facing our personal home. It has a large living room with modern equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. This quality accommodation is ideally located 30 minutes from the family resort of Collet d'Allevard, 5 minutes from Alpespace, 15 minutes from Chambéry and 25 minutes from Grenoble.

Located in the heart of the valley, it is a perfect base for hiking, skiing or cycling. The spa town of Allevard-les-Bains is 9 km away and the first ski resort (Collet d'Allevard) is 20 km away (30 minutes).

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Ideally located 20 minutes from Chambéry, in the middle of the vineyards (visits and tastings), where you can take beautiful walks in the heart of nature, close to the lakes (St André or Le Bourget) and resorts (La Féclaz 35 minutes away, Collet d'Allevard and 7 Laux 40 minutes away). Arbin Petit is a small village in the Tarentaise Valley . In a quiet property you will be close to amenities (supermarkets, shops, nursing doctors and laboratory, etc.).

For your relaxation and well-being, you can enjoy our 60-jet HOT TUB installed facing a superb panorama. This chalet, easy to access with its parking, was built in a green setting with breathtaking views of the mountains. Cruet (alt 350 m) is a village in the Combe de Savoie.
