We booked the house to spend a few days with the family, along with our 4-year-old daughter and our dog. The house was very clean and organized, with impeccable bedding. Also, it is well ventilated and spacious. We were warmly welcomed by Lizandra and her father, which made us feel right at home. We'll be back for sure!

Carla responded promptly and with kindness and willingness. The space matches the description and the condominium is very quiet, no noise from children or animals, although they are allowed. Two minutes away there is a grocery store that solves a lot of things and 10 minutes away there is a supermarket with a bakery and butcher shop. All on foot. I recommend it and intend to return. Lucineia is a great host, responds quickly, introduced the house, was flexible regarding check-in. The house is wonderful, very spacious, in a quiet neighborhood. Great to enjoy the pool and recharge.

The space is beautiful, and the house is very comfortable. The bed mattresses are great, and the kitchen is very well-equipped, with dishes, glasses, cutlery, cookware and even dish cloth. The house has two refrigerators and a freezer, which is excellent. My only suggestion is that the freezer and fridge in the outdoor area be turned on the day before guests arrive. This would help to keep the beverages and food cold/preserved.

charming place! in the kitchen has all the utensils in fact even much more than necessary, cozy house, heated pool is the differential, for sure when I return to São Carlos, I will stay in this house, because better than this one I doubt think. just wonderful!!!!

From the beginning, André was very kind, helpful, gave clear and detailed instructions and was super flexible! The space is much better in person than in the photos, the house is a real farmhouse, it refers to the old days, but everything is very well preserved. The cleanliness was good, the place is excellent. We had an amazing time with the family and took advantage of the common spaces. The beach court was an important differential, we had a great time there! We made some suggestions for repairs and improvements to the host who was super open and said he will provide them as soon as possible. There was one inconvenience, which was quite uncomfortable, which was the flies, there were many, many, but André said that he is already trying some solutions for this problem. My family and I love the stay! The place is well located, within the city, and easy access. The leisure area is excellent and everything is the same as the photos! The housekeeper and his wife were super helpful at check in and checkout. recommend!!

The house is exactly like in the photos, our intention now is to rent whenever we go to full house, quietly accommodate the amount mentioned in the ad, with comfort, barbecue area and swimming pool are beautiful spaces, you can enjoy a lot! The experience with Alexa, for us, was super fun. I recommend it with all the certainty and I appreciate the hospitality of the diego!!
