Renata and Sérgio were great hosts! Always responded quickly. The house is beautiful, with ample space and green area, super comfortable and close to the dam. We had quiet nights in the midst of nature. Gently welcome us with our 4 dogs (a rarity), thank you for the opportunity to travel with them 🐶 and for your confidence. We had a great weekend, I highly recommend!

We rented the house to spend the New Year among friends, and it was just amazing! Liliana was super attentive from the first contact, super requests everything we need, and the house surprised us: everything clean, well decorated and exactly as in the listing. We felt super at ease - like at home anyway. And Dani? A love! We helped a lot with cleanliness and organization, which made all the difference. We will definitely come back for more opportunities. We recommend with eyes closed!

Airy house, without smell, well located, kitchen preserved with basic utensils and microwaves; comfortable mattresses, all covered; while the furniture in the living room (sofa and dining table) are needing to be renovated. For those who want to prepare their coffee has to take, as the market and bakery do not have nearby. The club - wonderful - we enjoyed it a lot. Quiet place excellent for walking/running. I thank Bianca for the welcome and Marcelo for the stay, my family and I love it and we intend to go back!

The Farmhouse Riviera was simply wonderful, we love the stay, we felt at home. The house also has several items that are not described, such as pool table, kayak and standup with paddles and life jackets. We wanted to stay longer. Thanks for the reception!

We had very pleasant family days at Adalberto's house. Great location. Easy access. Very hot and spacious. Large rooms. A very good barbecue area. The only detail I would leave as a tip is to vein fans. The house is warm. (We take very hot days) But the pool is delicious. water well heated.. And Adalberto always very attentive and helpful. We will return as soon as possible.

I loved the house, all the rooms are very spacious, the barbecue area is very large, large sinks. The host is very attentive, polite and very kind. Oh, I also can't help but comment on the check-in, the host is very flexible, this was an excellent point for my stay.

House fully equipped with everything you need, ice machine and perfect barbecue and easy to use and clean, perfect pool for children and adults to rest and play, fenced space and ample for pets, the rooms have an insulation and great location and comfort with air conditioning and good beds, qm likes to party and is in people it doesn't bother you when you want to rest because the rooms are far from the gourmet areas, dam so you don't even talk perfect about the club is even more delicious, Alexandre is a 10 note all designed for an amazing hosting

Luciane, thank you for your stay , very comfortable home, 5 bathrooms extremely clean, had everything in the house, quiet place, great for walking , very top condominium, We're definitely coming back . The Detail in relation to the other condominium was the best to go down the Speedboat , as the ramp is good and has the pier very good and big .

The house is a delight, cozy and very well structured. The location (condominium/dam) is really special. House on the water, with a large lawn, which gives an enormous peace to those who are there. Josi, who takes care of the house, is extremely attentive and helpful. It was a great stay, I want to go back!

The house is fantastic, accommodated everyone super well. It has a leisure area with barbecue and a wonderful pool, the party space with lights and sound was perfect for a new year's party. Marcelo an excellent host, always answering our questions and resolving what was necessary.

Satisfied! We were well served by Denis by msg, and in person by Daniela da Cleanup and Márcia. The village explained everything right to us. The house is simple, but it is very tasty, with everything we need, in order and extremely clean. Right by the dam. We were well served from beginning to end and we left satisfied. We'll be back!

We planned a trip to relax and enjoy, but, above all, enjoy good times in the house, fraternizing with friends, taking advantage of the leisure area and amenities offered. The Bruna host since the pre-booking was super solicitous and helpful in resolving questions and providing useful information. We were greeted with the famous milk sweets of Avaré. The house is very comfortable and practical, the access of all rooms to the outdoor area greatly favors the use and maintenance of internal cleaning. The indoor kitchen is well completed and practical. The outside area is very good, wide, the pool is great, big, but it is cold, the solar heating did not work out. On the other hand the whirlpool was the star of the club, everyone just wanted to stay there. The barbecue area is great, you could enjoy a lot. The house is very close to the dam in a very quiet region (as in a plot of farms) and is not close to the "pompous" areas of the dam. But overall the experience was great!

We love the space in full. Juliano always wanted and helpful. We already thought about the next stay. Perfect place to disconnect and enjoy rest. The swimming pool is a show apart, perfect size, and incredible temperature. We have no point to complain, on the contrary, just compliments.
