You have nothing to say about this house, 1000 note experience. House fully equipped with everything you need, ice machine and perfect barbecue and easy to use and clean, perfect pool for children and adults to rest and play, fenced space and ample for pets, the rooms have an insulation and great location and comfort with air conditioning and good beds, qm likes to party and is in people it doesn't bother you when you want to rest because the rooms are far from the gourmet areas, dam so you don't even talk perfect about the club is even more delicious, Alexandre is a 10 note all designed for an amazing hosting

I loved the house, all the rooms are very spacious, the barbecue area is very large, large sinks. The host is very attentive, polite and very kind. Oh, I also can't help but comment on the check-in, the host is very flexible, this was an excellent point for my stay.

I was delighted with the house! It is extremely cozy, welcoming and conveys an indescribable peace. The decor is beautiful and thought out with great affection, making the environment even more special. In addition, the house was super equipped, perfectly meeting all our needs. We had such an amazing time and had such an amazing time. It was certainly a wonderful experience and I hope to return soon!

Very attentive host. Very well cared for, clean and organized place. Several kitchenware available, towels and bedding, all very clean. Casa with several improvements being implemented which will definitely make the atmosphere even more cozy. The only point that left to be desired was the heating of the pool, which during our stadia did not work. We generally like the house very much and intend to return soon.

The house completely met the listing description. it is a house with lots of nice outdoor space and very well manicured garden. The housekeeper was always helpful and helped with the details during the stay. The place is super quiet and safe.

My family and I were in every Igor during the carnival. Casa very comfortable, exactly as advertised. Beautiful Landscape, it was worth it. The only point that perhaps deserves a small one () would be the living room and kitchen, these two environments do not have air conditioning, nor a fan, so, on these hot days, with high heat and pets, it would be interesting to think of an air or even fans, to be able to keep the doors closed at night and do not pass heat. But I emphasize that it is nothing to discredit the house, even because the rooms have great air conditioning.

The house is a delight, cozy and very well structured. The location (condominium/dam) is really special. House on the water, with a large lawn, which gives an enormous peace to those who are there. Josi, who takes care of the house, is extremely attentive and helpful. It was a great stay, I want to go back!

The house is fantastic, accommodated everyone super well. It has a leisure area with barbecue and a wonderful pool, the party space with lights and sound was perfect for a new year's party. Marcelo an excellent host, always answering our questions and resolving what was necessary.

The days in the house were amazing and provided great memories. We were in 9 people, 8 adults and 1 child. Everyone was very happy and comfortable with the space. The lawn, the view, the nature, the dam, the jacuzzi, everything! "Everything is really like the photos and live it ends up exceeding all expectations. The house has a great structure and Josi, indicated to support us in cleaning and in the kitchen, was wonderful, gentle and makes a delicious homemade meal. The condominium is great for walks in the early morning and in the late afternoon. The communication with Piero, owner of the house, was always very good and fast. I highly recommend it. We will definitely return at a next chance.
