Spacious condominium house on the Avaré dam, in front of the blue coast, 500m from the banks of the dam, overlooking the sunset in the water. The house has 3 bedrooms, one of them being a suite with a hot tub. In addition to the suite bathroom there is one more on the ground floor and one at the bottom of the house, near the gourmet area. The house has 2 double beds and 2 single beds, plus an extra mattress. We can provide bedding, pillows and blankets if necessary
