House vacation rentals in Arakawa City

Nos ha encantado la estancia en casa de Masato y Kaori. Fuimos a pasar un par de días y la experiencia fue muy japonesa. La familia que dirige la guest house nos dio a conocer la cultura japonesa y su comida. La barbacoa fue muy completa y deliciosa y ellos son grandes chefs. Increíble y muy, muy recomendable

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

This place was incredible. Having a FamilyMart 50m away from the house was so fun. Also the area is very walkable.

Chika was great, puts great effort into the air bnb and really wants you to enjoy your time here. I would definitely recommend this air bnb to others and would come back here any time!

Great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the dryer and the wifi and they were very responsive to help us resolve the issues. Train station was about a 5-7 minute walk from the listing so that was very convenient. Overall, great stay. Would recommend for a group of 6 or less, especially if there are couples to share beds.

The air bath was excellent. There’s nothing quite like bathing and showering in nature warmly and sanitarily. The house is creatively designed, using every nook well. I enjoyed experiencing natural light from unexpected places. It’s quite the contrast to Shibuya, which we wanted so we could sleep well. Yet, it is still surrounded by cool cultural and spiritual things from shops to food to Shinto shrines and sanctuaries. I would definitely stay again!

There may not be a better place for value-minded families who still want a nice space! The hosts made our stay special by offering local suggestions and providing outstanding communication. I can’t say enough good things! The rail station is close enough to hop on and take to the next station over which includes options for both airport and Tokyo access. There are a variety of good places to eat and convenience/grocery stores for basic needs. A small park is walking distance as well. The space is very comfortable and was a welcome sight returning from trips around the city, and we felt refreshed after each morning. Lots of kitchen equipment for coffee and tea with all the pans and appliances needed for a longer stay. Don’t hesitate to reserve this one early, it was worth everything we paid and more!

First of all, thank you so much Kazu for your great place. We instantly felt at home and the place is easy to find. The place is exactly what is described in the post, it is conveniently located at 2 train stations (Jujo Station & Higashi-Jujo) which gave us the accessibility to roam different locations in tokyo without a hassle. The place is just a walk away from a stretch of local shops and restaurants, it is a 2 min walk from the airbnb which is very very convenient if you have seniors travelling with you. The house itself is exactly what it is. We are group of 6 and the place is just right for us. Though there was a very few instance we encountered but everything went well and Kazu did a great job in fixing that instance. All in all, if you are looking for a place to stay during your trip in Tokyo, I would highly recommend Kazu’s place. If we will be travelling back in Tokyo, I will definitely choose his place again for its convenience. Thank you so much!

とにかく部屋の隅々まで清潔な空間で、子供がいる私たちにとってはとても好印象でした。 マットレスの硬さも快適で、個人的に絵本やベビーチェア、ベビーバスがありとても助かりました。 ホストは返信が早く、とても丁寧です。 こちらのフライト時間の変更等があった際にも臨機応変に対応していただきました。 一点、寝室が2階と3階にあるので、階段を登らなければいけない高齢者の方には注意が必要です。 上野駅からタクシーで5分ほどの立地ですが、静かな住宅街にあるので家族でゆっくり過ごしたい人にオススメです。 この度はありがとうございました。 また必ず利用します！

정해진 체크인 시간보다 훨씬 일찍 도착했음에도 불구하고, 친절하게 안내해주셔서 짐을 내려놓고 편안하게 여행을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 숙소는 도쿄 도심지와 조금 떨어져있지만, 지하철역과 도보 가능한 곳에 위치해있어서 불편함은 없었습니다. 각각의 방마다 필요한 모든 물품들과 수건들, 그리고 화장실까지 갖춰져 있어 다수가 함께하는 여행을 아주 만족스럽게 즐길 수 있었습니다. 호스트는 답변이 매우 빠르고, 친절하며 숙소 청결상태는 아주 완벽했습니다. 도쿄 여행 시 추천하는 숙소입니다. 만족스럽게 여행을 마칠 수 있었습니다.😃

Hiro-san is a very responsive and kind host! He was able to be flexible to meet our group’s needs and meet with us during the check-in and check-out periods. The home itself was able to just fit five people with little issues. Located within a relatively short walk from two local train stations, the home is accessible to get to any part of Tokyo (with some transit transfers of course). Overall I would highly recommend this location and Hiro-san as a host!

Fantastic host and house. We had a great time at Tokyo and the location was convenient to a local train station (about 5min walk). There are food options and family mart nearby too. Tomohito also responded quickly to any queries we had prior to the trip. Thank you!

This is our second time staying at Shu/Zen House, and once again, it truly feels like a home away from home! Everything was just as great as before. The space is much more generous than a hotel room, and it’s conveniently located near great food spots and a nice supermarket. The host is, as always, very kind and responsive. We’ll definitely make this our top choice whenever we visit Tokyo!

숙소는 시내와 조금 멀리 있었지만 하루 정도 지나니 적응이 되었고 여러 번 일본에 왔지만 이번이 다양한 교통을 체험 할 수 있었어요 위치도 조용하고 차분한 전형적인 일본 주택가 입니다 이곳은 젊은 사람이 이용하면 좋지만 무릎이 불편한 분은 힘들어요 계단이 많아요 매우 청결하고 조용한 주택입니다 세탁도 매우 편리하고 건조기가 있어 아주 좋아요 오래 있어도 불편하지 않습니다 이곳에 정이 많이 들었네요. 편의점도 아주 가까워요 발 마사지도 했어요 보통입니다 감사했습니다 다음에 또 갈게요 안녕^^

Our family loved the location, privacy, and especially the Floor 5 Spa and Sauna. Proximity to shops, French bakery, and markets, were fantastic. We highly recommend this rental to others.

Chika’s place is so nice and clean, it’s the best little cute house ever, cozy warm and full of love. We enjoyed all the little details of this house! It locates at a very quiet little street, surrounded by a lovely neighborhood walking distance to MTR and convenient stores. My family really had great time here, my kids loved it so much! Definitely feeling like my home@Tokyo, and lastly I am very appreciated for gift and the hand-written warm greeting from Chika!

What a delightful stay we had at Yuri’s place. It was wonderfully spacious for our family of 5, very clean, comfortable and tucked in a charming neighborhood. A short walk to the Sendagi station as well as the bus meant we travelled easily throughout the city. We particularly enjoyed riding the bikes through Yanaka. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay, Yuri!

Besso was a great place to stay at. It was conveniently located and close to a train station for day trips, and with a lot food places around. The team was extremely helpful and accommodating , helping us get our luggage delivered. If you are planning a trip to Tokyo, highly recommend staying here.

Ki’s place is in a quiet neighbourhood, well connected by public transport, variety of options to try the local cuisine. Ki has been a wonderful host right from the time of booking. Recommendation for local transport and amenities have been very useful for somebody who is visiting Japan for the first time. Appreciate the proactive follow up checking our comfort and wellbeing.
