What a beautiful location and home for a stay in Cyprus. Stavros was amazing with his communication, personal touches and incredible hospitality. Had a great stay! We really enjoyed the place. Three roomy bedrooms, a living room and a big kitchen that opens to the backyard. Two bathrooms. Everything is nice and clean, and the kitchen is well-equipped. There are some small restaurants nearby, a bakery (Zorbas) with great coffee, a couple more coffee shops, a kiosk with some basics. To find fresh produce you have to walk about 800m. The neighborhood is calm. Don’t miss the Salt lake and its awesome sunsets some 500m from the house. 🌅

Big company with children spent there NY holidays! It was nice, beautiful, all necessary equipment, table tennis, barbecue were there. And marvelous fire place made our holidays cozy and sweet. Thank you very much for the fast reaction at all our needs!

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

Amazing place to stay, one of the best I have stayed in Cyprus. Very clean, cozy, quiet , with all the amenities someone needs away from home. Christina is very friendly and communicative and was always there to answer if I needed anything. Definitely 5-star stay.

Anthi is a great host. Communication went perfectly, she responded very fast and helped us with everything. Check in and check out were really easy. The apartment is clean and modern, and also equipped with everything you need. Location is perfect, only a minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We would deifinitely recommend this place and we hope to come again.

The apartment is spacious, high spec and in excellent condition. Located in central Larnaca, with access to everything. Restaurants nearby are amazing too.

The apartment was comfortable. Communication with the host is at the highest level. I just want to add a couple of remarks, not as a criticism, but to help other future guests get an idea. The weakest side of the property is its location. The curry from the terrace is on the port, the view from the bed rooms is for construction. Sometimes the sounds of construction work interfered. Therefore, I advise families with children who need a day's sleep. Of the pluses: immediately on a parallel street there are many restaurants, shops, as well as the center and the beach in about 15 minutes on foot. I also advise you not to forget to bring adapters. The whole experience is a great deal of price and quality. I advise you to visit if the above remarks do not scare you

Really lovely stay in a fabulously located apartment. Loved the ease of walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures with everything you need. The host allowed us to check out slightly later and was super flexible with all our queries. Definitely would recommend and hopefully be back soon.

Excellently placed and equiped apartment, a lot of daily light although faced to the north. Big terrace where possible to relax. Host very helpful, explained all what necessary.

The location is great, right in the center, 2 minutes from the beach and a few minutes from attractions (Old Fort, Lazarus Church). Supermarkets are near and lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and matched the description. It was quiet at night as the apartment is on the backside of the building, from where you get a view to Church of Lazarus. During our stay in February it was cold outside (1-8degrees) but the AC in all rooms help to warm up the apartment really nice. Kitchen is well equiped with all the things that you need. Demetrius is a friendly host and he welcomed us at check-in. He always was responsive and provided helpful information. For us it was even possible an early check-in. The only downside could be the eating place which is for 2 person's and is with high chairs, still we managed to solve this for a family of 4 by using the chairs and table from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment!

We had an absolutely wonderful 3 week stay at Alexis airbnb in Nicosia. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the place. Alexis was incredibly hospitable, providing detailed information about the property and the local area, and was always available to assist with any questions or needs. The location of the apartment was perfect. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, it offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet it was still conveniently close to all the major attractions and amenities. Overall, our stay at Alexis apartment exceeded our expectations. The combination of a fantastic host, a comfortable and well appointed apartment, and an excellent location made for an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a delightful and hassle free stay in Nicosia. We can’t wait to return!!

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.
