Our stay at Roy's was a luxury! The house had everything you need to spend a few nice days and you can take advantage of every corner!! The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is spectacular. Hello! La Pedrera is a beautiful place, you can enjoy a lot of the beach, the rocks and the nature. We were very satisfied with the apartment, very good location with a large window overlooking the sea. What we didn't know was that it was a 2nd floor by stairs, but the 92 year old grandpa went up and down without a problem. The price is commensurate with what it offers. We would be come back again.

The accommodation is highly recommended, the house is spacious, with well-equipped rooms. Unique location! Sergio is always attentive to everything working, we had a great time! We had to pay extra for each guest who was not in the original reservation, although it was a mistake, the cost difference was significant. The TV didn't work.

Agustina's a lot of host. I always respond quickly to any questions and very friendly. The house is very nice just like the pictures. It needs a bit of maintenance and fumigation but taking that all perfect! Cheers

Great house, on the waterfront, five minutes from Jose Ignacio. Very good location with neighborhood with other very beautiful house. Quiet place. 2 rooms and a suite arranged on 2 floors with clean decor. Open kitchen integrated with a large table and living room. The balcony on pilotis is a wonderful place to sunbathe! And wind! What a wonderful stay we had! Cati lives on the grounds and could not have been more kind and helpful, checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. Diego was always quick with a response as well! The home is well appointed with necessities (lots of towels, silverware, kitchen basics) and so comfortable for our group of 13. There was plenty of space for big dinners outside and games inside. It is a short drive to town, where there are lots of restaurants and groceries. Would absolutely recommend a stay here, and we hope to one day come back again!

In one word, GO! Pausa is an opportunity to step into tranquility and ease you will not forget. We loved every minute of our stay - pristine mornings at the waters edge, coffee on the porch, beach days, lazy afternoons listening to the waves. And the silence (other than the wind and waves) was medicinal. After five days we are rested and happy. Thank you to Fer and Javier, and special thanks plus a big hug to Ceci - who instantly solves any issue. Pausa is truly a remarkable getaway.

This place was fantastic! Even better than the listing and photos. Lots of space, very comfortable bedrooms, spacious and luxurious bathrooms, and plenty of comfortable outdoor space around the pool, which is where we spent the majority of our time! Easy drive in and out of Jose Ignacio for day trips to the town, to the beach, or to the great restaurants in the area.
