Vacation rentals with a patio in Apt

We enjoyed our stay here! The apartment felt very safe and in a walkable location to the historic town center - a little less than 15mins. The walk itself felt safe, too. The included parking spot in the garage below was incredibly convenient! The shutters on the balcony made for a completely dark and peaceful space for sleeping, and with white noise from our phones, we weren’t bothered at all by any street noise! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at Chantal's place. The apartment was warm and welcoming with every amenity we needed, including a washing machine, dishwasher, separate toilet and cooking materials. Chantal was a wonderful host. She communicated before our stay, picked us up from the station and gave us excellent recommendations. We were travelling with 2 babies and Chantal brought us a travel cot and high chair. She also provided picture books and toys for our stay, which was very much appreciated. The beds were comfortable, towels and sheets were high quality, clean and lovely to use. The whole apartment is very practical, stylish and well put together. The location is great - just out of the city on a quiet street and only 5 minutes into town walking. Also only 10 minutes walk from the station with 2 babies and large suitcases. Thank you Chantal!

This place is great. The ac works well. The blackout shades are great. Both the beds are comfortable. Location is very quiet despite being central. Check in instructions were absolutely perfect and easy to follow. WiFi works well. I would stay here again and can recommend.

This house has been renovated to a very high standard with many beautiful features. The beds in particular had lovely linen and were very comfortable. A few minutes walking to everything in the town. We really enjoyed the private terrace in the sun and the seating outside to enjoy a coffee on the morning. Thank you for the stay.

This air b and b was a haven of peace and tranquility. It is an enjoyable 15 minute stroll into town so no need to find car parking. It was very clean. We highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Shaun and Eric's apartment. It was spotless and free of clutter. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the appliances are top-notch. Although there are only two air conditioning units (one in the living room/kitchen area and the other in the hallway leading to the back bedrooms, the air conditioning is effective to cool all the rooms. It was quite hot while we were there and we occasionally used one of the three fans as a supplement to the AC, but never felt uncomfortable for a moment. Shaun and Eric were incredibly responsive when we had a problem with one of the showers. They had a plumber out immediately and within hours he had installed a new set of faucets and we were back in business. We've spent several weeks in Aix at two other apartments and like this location the best. It is close to the outdoor markets and to the Cours Mirabeau yet it is very quiet. We couldn't have been happier. This was our second stay here and will not be our last.

We stayed for 1 weeks in this accommodation in Le Pontet which is well located for visiting the surroundings of Avignon. The listing matches the description (nothing missing) The neighborhood is quiet. The car is a must as the shops are not close. Hélène is attentive and extremely helpful ( she did not hesitate to return us, at her expense, forgotten personal belongings) Hélène is attentive and discreet. The pool is a plus. Very good stay with Catherine, we came with our 2 children aged 3 and 5 and the apartment was faithful to our expectations. Shops nearby and easy to get to fast lane. We'll be happy to go back!

Cécile offers a comfortable, well-appointed, pleasant studio that allowed us to fully enjoy our early fall stay. We easily communicated with her via the Airbnb platform. We recommend this listing, which we think is good value for money.

We spent a little week in the Roucas studio which is very pleasant to stay in. It has all the necessary amenities, and its location is ideal! A few minutes walk from the center of Saint Remy and great location for visiting the area. We did not try the pool because stay is out of season. We will gladly go back:)
