Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Appleton

Mai & Jack are so sweet and very responsive! We loved how quiet and safe the neighborhood was. Their place was beautiful and very clean. Very roomy and had everything we needed. Lots of storage and closet space for your belongings. We loved the big living room tv, pool table, karaoke and ping pong table. They provided many eating and cooking utensils. Even a rice cooker! Gas station was close by, within 5mins and grocery store and restaurants were within 10mins or so. There was a little pub by the gas station as well, if you don't want to go too far. Loved the night light in the king bedroom. Thanks for a great stay! We would definitely be back!!!

Very responsive and proactive host. Home was beautiful, clean, cozy, and updated. It was clear that the host thought of all the little things - condiments in the fridge, tea and coffee in the kitchen, soap/shampoo/conditioner/towels/hair dryer in the bathroom, comfortable furniture and beds, tv in every room, etc. We wanted a cozy space that was enough room for everyone and was cozy enough to feel like home. A short drive to all the Green Bay attractions and very close to quick things like coffee or fast food.

I can’t say enough good things about Amy and the house. I have a young family and it was clean, there was plenty of space for everyone, and great location! Quiet street which was great but super close to restaurants, stores, and downtown area. Amy was fantastic as well with fast responses to any questions and completely understanding of a couple of issues that popped up on our end with some travel leaving town. Highly recommend! Will def hope the house is avail the next time we’re in town

Cristina’s home is exactly as listed! Extremely peaceful and clean setting. It worked perfect for our Packers game weekend. We’d love to stay again!

Great stay! Very easy to communicate with Ashley, and the place was cozy and spotless. Very easy to check in and get into the house. Comfortable beds, a cozy living room, nice bathroom. We only stayed one night while we were in town for a family birthday, but this would be a very fun and comfy place to stay for a long weekend in the summer for a couple of friends or a small family maybe.

Marcus’s place was the perfect spot for our trip, close to everything, very comfortable, clean, great fenced in area in the back for our dog to roam about. We would definitely recommend this lace for anyone visiting the Green Bay Area.

We couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating, clean place! Everyone in the group commented that we found “the spot” if we ever revisit Elkhart Lake. The house was spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. Even a charcoal grill that was put to use. Thank you! Hopefully it will be available should our race group come up to Road America again.

Danielle made some great recommendations and was incredibly flexible in our arrival time. The property is as cute as it can be, great view, lovely interiors, really well appointed and just inviting and welcoming. It was perfect and perfectly located. Winneconne is a gem and so is Danielle's property!

Great location - felt away from it all but literally a couple minutes from the village. Cute digs that were immaculate and incredibly comfy beds. Hosts couldn’t have been nicer. Can’t wait to come back.

Ron was super helpful and kind and his instructions were super clear. Had food I. The fridge for us and snacks was a wonderful experience. Definitely coming back for another packer game!

Clear instructions for parking and very easy check-in. It was actually closer to college Ave than we realized making out Saturday plans entirely walkable. We love it was pet friendly and we had our two dogs with us. There was a nice park right across the street for them to stretch their legs. Jodi’s place was incredibly clean and amenities were just right.

We had a great stay! Perfect amount of space. Beautiful and updated amenities. Even delivered a noise machine to help with noise from the infant staying upstairs! Also had a couple snows while we were there and the drive was always shoveled! 10/10 recommend!

This place felt like home to us from the moment we walked in. The furniture is comfortable and so are the beds. Vicki was always responsive to any questions or concerns we had. This location is GREAT, especially if you don’t mind a two block walk to look out over Elkhart Lake. If we’re ever in need of a place in this area we will DEFINITELY contact Vicki about this place.

This place was perfect for us! It’s located in a homey, small town with several fun restaurants and shops. The condo was clean, functional, and cozy. The check in/out process was very easy, and the host was very responsive. I’d book again!

Really cute, clean place in a nice location in Appleton. We loved the private access, soaking tub, and use of laundry machine. This was a great stay!

We had two families that stayed together, all adults. We had a blast at the Tiki Bar and beach. The water was crystal clear! We didn't hit the pool because we couldn't pull ourselves away from the beach. We walked downtown and walked through a Porsche car show on the way. We hit a local Brewhouse for a beer then a swanky little restaurant for some Martini's. Everything was so close and the weather was amazing! Make sure to hit the Speak Easy right next to the condo. We stumbled upon so many cool things! We also rented SUP boards and paddle boats one afternoon. The rentals is quick and right there at the beach. We will definitely go back!
