Unser Hüsli liegt inmitten der Natur, ruhig und am Alpstein-Wanderweg Im Garten befindet sich eine gemütliche Sitzlounge, eine grosse Feuerstelle und die Gartendusche zur Abkühlung. Die herrliche Aussicht und das Alpen-Feeling lassen sich besonders gut vom Bänkli auf dem Vorplatz geniessen. Innen ist es schön und heimelig ausgebaut, mit Kachelofen und Holzkochherd, gemütlichem Wohnzimmer und grosszügigem Esstisch. Alles ist komplett eingerichtet und bereit für Gäste :)

Dreamlike family holidays in country house

Stay in an original Appenzell farmhouse renovated in spring 22 with 4 bedrooms, 1 living room + 2 bathrooms. The house is secluded in the middle of a sheep pasture. Nevertheless you are in 10min in the city of St.Gallen. It has parking for about 3 cars; 50m away there is a bus stop. It has a nice outdoor area with deck chairs and hammock for relaxation and with 2 barbecue areas. The large garden with slide, swing, sandbox etc. is ideal for children.

Our stay was fantastic. The apartment is on the first floor of a charming house, by the forest, with calm, peaceful surroundings and stunning mountain views. Tip: You will need a car to explore the area. The hosts, Monika and Kurt were great, welcoming, and hospitable. It is the perfect retreat for those looking for a beautiful spot in the middle of nature.

This is a beautiful place to give the soul a rest. the room is clean and cozy, the most lovely shower and comfortable bad. Magical place inside and out. The drive to get there is so beautiful and is the best trailer for this beautiful Airbnb. This place helped me convince my boyfriend to move to the country side and I’m grateful. Hope to go back soon!

Wenn man das authentische Appenzellerhaus betritt, fühlt man sich gleich zu Hause. Man merkt, dass das Haus bewohnt wird, denn alles nötige ist vorhanden. Es gibt im ganzen Haus unglaublich viel interessantes zu entdecken, seien es Bücher, Bilder oder Objekte. Die Einrichtung ist einmalig kreativ und inspirierend. Als Gast fühlt man sich willkommen, denn alles ist freundlich vorbereitet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuverlässig erreichbar und äusserst unkompliziert. Wir haben unsere Ferientage in diesem ungewöhnlichen Zuhause und in der schönen, ruhigen Gegend sehr genossen.

we were happy we have stayed at Falkenlodge's. the house is well equipped and located in a beautiful surrounding, and close to Appenzell. the host is very friendly and answered all our questions. If I have the opportunity to visit Switzerland in the future, will stay again at Falkenlodge.
