Behind it, the small Welzbach stream flows, which separates the place from the vineyards with countless hiking possibilities. In a quiet and central location of Eltville (a few minutes' walk to the old town or to the Rhine), the apartment (equipped with shower/toilet, small kitchen, TV) for up to two people with its separate entrance and a small terrace (for an outdoor breakfast or for a lunch/afternoon/evening drink) offers the ideal starting point for an extended weekend in the Rheingau.

In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

The studio is located in the heart of Oestrich and thus in close proximity to numerous restaurants, wine taverns, wineries and grocery stores such as Rewe, Netto and Aldi. 2 minutes' walk away are the Rhine with wine barrels to taste wine, a small bookstore, an ice cream parlor, a stationery store, a butcher's and an ATM each from Sparkasse, Volksbank and Postbank. Parking is also very close by.
