"Joanna's Orange Garden " is a property located in the calm part of Lefkas town. The two storey building consists four private appartments which are fully equipped (living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and terrace). Every appartment is suitable for 2 adults plus 2 kids (up to 12 years old) or 3 adults. The appartment is situated on the first floor with a nice top view to the orange garden. A studio apartment with a view of the Ionian Sea, just 2 km from the historic centre of Preveza. The apartment features a large double bed, a sofa bed (sleeping area 130*190 cm), and a fully equipped kitchen. The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km. It can also be combined with the Ionian Blue Apartment.

The studio is located in the new part of the town, in the wider area of the Leukadian olive grove. It is just a ten minute walk from the historic centre of the town where one can find many restaurants, bars and shops along the pedestrian road of the marketplace. At the same time, it is only a short drive (about five minutes) from the wetland of the lagoon, and the beaches of Agios Ioannis, Gyra and Kastro. The route is also pleasant by bike.
