Our house has connected living areas, while the generous bedrooms and the bungalow provide separate zones. Our large laundry with washer and dryer helps with your beach gear! Outdoors can be enjoyed in the large undercover area, with sunny days in the large grassy backyard or beautiful front yard. Please take advantage of our 3 lemon trees!

The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

The waterfront, city centre & Geelong station are 5 minutes drive/20 minutes walk, with Woolworths less than 300m away. Quiet, pet friendly & equipped with the comforts of home including air conditioning, a full kitchen, full sized bath, washing machine, clothesline and a pet door that allows small dogs access to the fully fenced courtyard. Pets are allowed indoors.

Set out in the morning and gather fresh eggs or feed the horses and the sheep. We can bring the ponies in for brush.
