A very cozy house with a swimming pool, comfortable for children. Close to restaurants and beaches. Accommodation essentials are present in the house. Fireplace, BBQ, large hall and clean bedrooms. I recommend it for a great time.

We had a lovely time staying at Armenak & Mida’s place. They had a very in depth welcome pack for us when we arrived which was very helpful. We encountered a couple of obstacles when first arriving but Armenak & Mida when very prompt with their response and offered a solution almost immediately. I would recommend this stay to anyone travelling with family or friends!

Absolutely gorgeous villa. The views are breathtaking. You'll definitely need a car to get about but if you want this amazing view with your morning coffee it's worth it. Tala square has great restaurants and there's a little supermarket and deli there too. Property was spotless with everything we could need inc English TV channels. Beds were a little firm for us (Personal choice) but using spare duvets under the sheets sorted that. All in all a fabulous two weeks, could not fault it. A little slice of Cypriot Heaven.

We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

This is a really special cottage in beautiful surroundings. We loved having our morning coffee and evening meal out on the veranda, taking in the view and listening to birdsong! It’s well located to get to the Kalidonia and Millomeris waterfall trails on foot, and the Artemis/Atalante trail as well as some lovely vineyards are a short drive. There’s a good restaurant within walking distance in Platres village. I think some of the comments about the decor here miss the point - in a world of samey greige airbnbs, this is a beautiful well used family home, and while decor is traditional, it’s set up with all the mod cons you could need! The driveway up to the property is a very steep and narrow road shared between multiple properties. Unless you have a four wheel drive and/or are comfortable navigating a hill steeper than surrounding mountain roads, I’d recommend parking at the bottom of the hill - Annie will tell you where!

Very beautiful and cozy place high in the mountains, high recommended! We had a very positive communication with the owner of the house and grandmother who helped us a lot with some stuff for a kitchen (yes, we were cooking kinda a lot so the kitchen was tested). Also on our request we received a small bbq which was more than enough for our needs, much appreciated :) Hope to come back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 3-bedroom house in Episkopi, Paphos. The home was nice, clean, and tastefully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Each bedroom was cozy and quiet, with good beds and plenty of storage space. The living area was bright and welcoming. We enjoyed having breakfast on the sunny terrace. The neighborhood itself is charming and quiet, with a real local feel, and we loved being just a short drive away (10-15 min) from Paphos and the beaches. The hosts were kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Cyprus. We hope to return one day!

We loved staying at Myria’s! It was the perfect space for our family while we visited family in Paphos. It was spacious and clean and we loved the backyard. The pool stayed fairly warm but we were also there in July so that was to be expected with the high temps and we were still able to enjoy it. We would gladly come back and stay at the house or recommend it to others

This was my 4th stay here along with friends 1st stay. As always a great stay and no problems what so ever. Peaceful relaxing break, with everything we needed, and thank you for allowing one of the guests to check out later due to a late flight back. Looking forward to coming back again. We felt very comfortable in the Airbnb. Everything was super clean, the kitchen had everything you could need. This is always very important to us, as we like to cater for ourselves. Beds were super comfortable. We didn't get much from the neighbors, we were almost always alone in the pool. The hosts were super nice and helpful. We had asked for a high chair for our baby and were provided with one on the same day. Yes, there is a construction site opposite, but it did not bother us. Conclusion: absolutely recommended. We will be happy to come back. :)

Wonderful stay. Excellent pool and really great sized bedrooms! Make sure to pack shampoo/body wash etc as there’s no toiletries provided! We knew that going in so packed accordingly which is why it’s still 5 stars. Thomas was super helpful, would definitely stay here again next time in Cyprus! Good location - out of Paphos but some nice things nearby. As an FYI there are cameras all over the pool area - not a problem for us but worth mentioning!

I thought it was a nice, peaceful, spacious studio. Clean. Well designed. Loved the smell when I first walked in. And the bathroom smelt lovely too; really nice. clean. I enjoyed the big bed. Lots of space to for me to chill on. The balcony was lovely as well. I liked listening to the sound of the wind through the trees whilst on the balcony. The bus stop is less than five minutes away which was cool. The host has a good heart. Was down to earth, warm and friendly. Thank you for having me.

Beautiful interior, apartment was well equipped. At night lovely view through windows with lights from the city. Very happy with this apartment. Hosts were incredibly helpful, leaving guid of what to do in the city and how to get in the apartment, and where to park the car. I also left my headphones at the apartment and they were kind enough to offer shipping them to me.

Stayed at this villa for a week and loved everything about it. The hosts had thought of everything including shower gels in all the bathrooms, plenty of towels, chairs, sun loungers and even toys for the pool for the children. The villa was spacious, modern and beautiful. Loved the way it’s designed with walking out to the pool from the downstairs. Bedrooms all sleep 2 comfortably and each room has its own bathroom. The pool is great - the kids loved it - it’s not too deep and lights up at nighttime. Plenty of kitchen items - everything you could possibly need. Can’t fault a single thing and looking forward to re-booking. Thank you.

Good opportunity for absolutely peace and quite, stargazing, fireplace winter experience

The apartment is as described. Very spacious. Fully equipped kitchen, it was possible to cook meals. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (much needed). Small but comfortable bathroom, had some toiletries available. Kristis was very attentive.

Some of the best hosts out of any bnb we have had. 100% coming back, worth any one’s while to stay at this extremely peaceful space made with love.

We were a party of four adults and two teenage children. The villa is set in a spacious plot with the pool positioned behind the villa for extra privacy. The pool itself is excellent and was cleaned twice in the week we were there. The surrounds are also great with plenty of seating and sun beds, both in the sun and in the shade. The inside of the villa is well appointed although some of the furniture is tired, not unusual for a rental property. The bedrooms are excellent with plenty of storage. The villa is a stones throw from a range of excellent restaurants, supermarkets and gift shops. The main beach is less than five minutes drive or an estimated 15 to 20 minute walk away. Overall a tremendous family friendly villa.

A cozy place in a relaxing area.

very quiet property so close to tomb of the Kings road. 5 minutes from shopping mall. everything you need is in the apartment. patio is amazing. sunshine all day and amazing sunsets at night. plenty space in bedrooms and great shower. no complaints from me, everything as described. I only booked a few days before travel and was lucky this space was free. will recommend and I will return.

Mark was the perfect host nothing was too much trouble, very responsive to any questions we had. He had taken the time to send over some great recommendations for local restaurants and bars for us to visit too. Along with recommendations for best places to get some shopping, bus stops and generally getting around. House was fantastic, really easy to check in, spotlessly clean, lots of amenities, kids loved the pool ❤️. The location of the villa was perfect, close enough to get everywhere but peaceful and relaxing away from the hustle of paphos. One week wasn’t enough and our kids are already asking when we can go back.

It was a super nice place to stay. We and our 1.5-year-old son felt super comfortable. We think it's great that the apartment also had a washing machine, oven and also external heating. The host also organized an extra crib for us. The location is gigantic and quiet at night. We will be happy to come back and will gladly recommend the apartment. Only minus - It was a bit dark in there because the windows are insulated.
