This apartment has been in our family for two generations, and we are now excited to let others enjoy it and hopefully fall in love with the area just as we have. The apartment is a part of a beautiful complex called Limnaria Gardens, with a large and wonderful pool area. It is a peaceful and calm area, perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for an amazing holiday and the beach is just a short stroll away.

We had a wonderful stay at Iulia and Catalin's apartment. They were extremely responsive to all of our messages. The apartment was extremely clean and very well maintained. The entrance to the apartment block is not the most aesthetically pleasing, but once inside the apartment is homely. We visited in April and the weather was very cold in the evening. The apartment was cold in the evening but there is heating using the air conditioning unit. The apartment is very close to a mall, the harbour and a supermarket. As other reviewers have said, the main road outside the apartment can be a bit noisy in the evenings, but apart from that it was a very peaceful location. We would recommend this apartment if you are looking for a central base from which to travel around Cyprus from.

This is a perfect place for solo travellers or couple. It is spacious, comfortable and clean. It has all (like literally all) the amenities that you could think of, such as cooking materials, soaps, towels, iron, hairdryer and so on. The host was also kind enough to provide us with a welcome pack that consist of mineral water, some snacks, coffees, and laundry pod. This is a very thoughtful gesture and much appreciated as I arrived quite late and shops were already closed. The location is also very strategic, its close to bus station Poseidon, and also within walkable distance to Paphos harbour and SODAP beach. It’s in a private area so not noisy at all. Highly recommended for future travellers.

Most enjoyable week in this beautifully situated apartment. The pool was superb. So was our balcony, always in the shade; great especially in the heat! Our bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. A minor point: maybe Vicky could add a 4 cup cafetière (or similar)? We did appreciate Vicky's quick and friendly replies to our messages. We rented 2 bikes for a day (9am to 8.30pm for 10 Euros each) to explore the coast north to Coral Beach ( lucky to see a kingfisher on the rocks), stopping at the Tombs and lunching at Oceanos (superb fish Meze), before ending the day at Sunset Point in the south. We would also highly recommend a local family run restaurant Colcer. Very friendly and reasonably priced, but small, so book or arrive at 7 pm Thank you Vicky for sharing your Paradise apartment and gardens! Prof Andrew and Françoise Lorenc from Lympstone, Devon.

Lovely little apartment, comfy beds, two wardrobes with plenty of storage space in the double bedroom but there is no wardrobe in the twin bedroom. There was no toaster but the same morning the management company bought one and brought it along. The garden was a real bonus, sunny most of the day. Plenty of parking outside. Within a short walking distance to restaurants and buses, also walking distance to the beach and coastal walking path to Paphos Harbour.

Holiday rental. 1 bedroom apartment next the beach

The apartment is in a great location, it's easy to take the bus to/from airport (number 612), and the town and beach are easily walkable. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants. You can also get buses to other beaches and towns. We stayed for a month so made full use of the kitchen and washing machine- there was everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay here. As someone else has reported- google maps is slightly incorrect. The actual property is about 100 metres up the road, and on the other side of road. (Also note that electricity is payable separately, I hadn't noticed that in the listing)

Our week-long stay at Kyriaki’s place was wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised by how close the bus stop was—it takes only 30 minutes to get to the airport from there. The apartment is beautifully furnished, has all the amenities you might need to feel at ease, and is very clean and modern. Kyriaki welcomed us with wine, bread, and jams, which was a really thoughtful gesture. The neighborhood is peaceful, but within a few minutes’ walk you can reach the lively part of Paphos, full of restaurants, bars, and small shops. There’s also a shopping mall nearby, as well as a 24-hour kiosk where you can buy groceries. If we return to Paphos, we’ll definitely rent this apartment again.
