Condo vacation rentals in Apalachicola

Place was beautiful and clean. There is beach access immediately across the street. The beach umbrella that they provided was of great use to us on our beach days. The beach chairs however weren't in great condition. The kitchen has every pot and pan and utensil that you might need to cook your own meals, but be sure to bring your own seasoning and oil.

Fantastic beach condo - clean, accurate description, and walking distance to everything. Perfect for any group, and had all basic amenities needed for a long weekend. This was our second time staying at this complex and would return in a heartbeat. Property management staff was extremely kind and responsive when there was difficulty with the keypad during check-in (no fault of theirs)!

Nice, quiet place. The rooftop deck was a nice perk. Easy walk across the street to the beach.

Perfect location for our family and little. Literally on the beach. Major help was beach cart and beach gear.

We loved our stay! Tommy and Rebekah thought of everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with every conceivable need, down to Tupperware containers for leftovers! Everything was clean and comfortable! My sister particularly enjoyed the bunk bed cubbies ;) it was an easy walk to the beach and having the pool was nice as well. we will definitely go back!

Great stay! I would recommend stocking up as recommended on their guest portal before arriving as Mexico beach does not have a ton of shopping options for groceries !

Our stay was perfect and this rental property did not disappoint. We enjoyed the beach and the pool and got to spend time with family. Has everything you need to cook and the washer and dryer came in handy with dealing with wet clothes and towels. We hope to stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised by this property. Don't let the "not on the beach" scare you away. VERY short walk. Also great because the area doesn't seem to stay very crowded. Most relaxing beach vacation I've ever had. I will be back.

I would like to say that the hosts location is very convenient to Carrabelle and all its fishing and beach offerings. Our host went out of her way to rectify an issue upon check in and was in constant contact with us throughout until resolution was found. Would not hesitate to book one of her properties again! We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was perfect, just steps from the sand with beautiful ocean views. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space, where we could unwind and listen to the waves. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out seamless. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun beach adventure, this place is a great choice. Amazing location. We always love Mexico beach.

My family and I loved it here. You have the beach in the front and canal in the back. Spent Mother’s Day weekend with my husband, kids and MIL and had such a peaceful time. I highly recommend the pizza truck across the street and Shell shack for fresh seafood. Most things are fairly walkable and all the shops have friendly staff. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would change is the door code is so long it’s frustrating to get the door open sometimes.

It was our first visit in Mexico Beach and we loved every bit of our trip. The room we rented felt like home. Very spacious and it was equipped with everything a house needed. Very beautiful place. They provided beach chairs and umbrellas. So it was so worth it. The view from balcony was amazing. We will be back soon and will recommend friends and family.

The place was very nice and quiet. We really enjoyed staying on the first floor. The pool was amazing! The place was nice and clean. There is a washer and dryer, dishes, coffee pot, blender, etc. We made a lot of great memories. There is a TV in each bedroom. We couldn't get the extra bedroom TV to come on, but the girls just watched TV in the Living Room at night. This is an overall great place to stay.

We had an awesome stay! We ran into a little problem at first, but the host Ashley was a blessing to us! She got the problem solved and got us tooking care of and it didn't take but a few minutes. She was very helpful and understanding with us. Ashley responded quick and she was very professional. We really enjoyed ourselves for my grandmother's 80th birthday celebration! Mexico Beach Florida will be our new place to go on our family vacation. Thanks so much Ashley!

This place far exceeded my expectations. It was exactly what we needed. Brittney was extremely responsive throughout the process, and very helpful. As soon as the door opens you know you're in a well maintained and sanitary space. The 5 minute walk to the beach was perfect. The pool and hot tub were well kept and a nice retreat from the beach. You are 35 minutes from just about anywhere, so be comfortable with limited options for dining, or plan to stock the fridge and cook, which was perfect for us. Mexico Beach was a really nice change for us; life is a little less busy here versus Panama City or Destin. We had a great time at a great place.

We had a great time here! We loved that we were right by the pool but it was still quiet! The location is great. It’s close Port St. Joe/Cape San Blas or PCB if you need more touristy things to do one of the days (we did a really fun pirate cruise in PCB). Just be aware that if you have young children that you do have to cross a busy road to get to the beach and unfortunately not everyone slowed down or acknowledged the crosswalk flashing lights. There is also construction directly across the street to walk around too but I know they are rebuilding so that didn’t bother us at all. We never heard any noise from it either. There is definitely plenty of room and we felt safe staying here! We brought a lot of beach stuff with us but it was nice to have an extra umbrella. There are also plenty of beach towels and chairs and floats! It had plenty of dishes and pots and pans to cook with which we did most days we were there. Overall, it was a great place to stay!
