The place is in the center, for a less than a minute you can find restaurants, shops, bars. The bus station is only 20m from the apartnent, we did not use as the Cervinia lift was only 10-13min drive. The area is great, friendly people, lots to do. I would definitely recommend the place. Everything is as described.

We booked Nicolò's place to have the opportunity to relax after a quite stressful first half of the year and the place did not disappoint. We had the pool to ourselves, the entire place is separated from the main home from the owners so that gave us a lot of privacy, the gym is also private (that was cool too) and our dog Poncho had a nice garden to ran, play, chase iguanas, etc. Bepe made us feel welcomed right away and was super helpful, proactive, while also respecting our privacy. Also, Ivrea might not be so well-known but there are plenty of nice cafes, gelaterias, bars, trails to walk, lakes - there's plenty of stuff to do. 10 out of 10. Great hosts, great place - we loved it, we'll be back :)

Daniel and his wife were kind and extremely helpful from the first contacts, for the duration of the stay in case of need and at check-out. Thank you so much for the welcome gift, and the reserved attention. Flexible and also available for check-out time, they were able to organize and meet our requests even if the reservation was made close to the day of arrival. The house is really very nice, spacious both inside and outside and has waited for our expectations of quiet and relaxation in a quiet area, but equally comfortable to walk to the center and amenities. My son also really enjoyed some games available inside the house, as well as the garden and the large pool. Thank you very much Daniel, we look forward to coming back! See you soon!

We would recommend Matteo's accommodation without hesitation. It is a charming little house with character, quiet and with magnificent views of the mountains. The location is ideal, there are a lot of hikes in the area and it is close to the castle of Fenis, the fort of Bard, 30 min from Aosta and so on. There is something for everyone! Matteo is very friendly, responsive by message and does not hesitate to give advice to ensure that the stay goes smoothly. (not to mention the little touches when we arrived🥰) If the opportunity arises, we'll be happy to come back to his place, to visit the other castles in the valley🙃.

A very great place to stay to unwind. A fenced garden is great if you want to go on vacation with your dog. Next door lives a farmer who is also very nice and sometimes gives away fresh eggs or cheese. The place was very clean and everything was available as described. The way up to the property should not be underestimated, as it is sometimes steep uphill. There are plenty of shopping opportunities, but they can only be reached by car if you need to go faster, as it takes up to 25 minutes to drive to a large supermarket. No negative point, you just have to plan for it. All in all a very nice stay if you want to have your peace and quiet and like to be very secluded from many others. Thanks to Marco who made sure we arrived safely despite the late hour. It was reassuring for us who don't travel a lot and aren't used to AirBNB. Marco told us about nearby restaurants. The apartment was very clean and safe. There is no private parking space in the room but Marco told us about a parking lot less than 100m away. Possibility to easily drop off luggage in front of the house before going to park.

We had a great stay and would stay here again! Sabry was very responsive and wonderful to work with. The layout was perfect for what we needed and included a play area, toys and activities for the kids. The place was spotless; super (impressively) clean for not being a brand new place. The decor was warm and inviting. It can feel a bit cold in the house (rainy season) and the beds were made accordingly - cozy with the layered bedding. Kitchen was well equipped. Stunning views. Short drive to city center and ice rink (why we were here). My only suggestion is to leave a bit more extra toilet paper in the cupboard ;)

As a family of 6 we had a lovely stay at Stefano's place. It's a very big apartment with en-suite bathrooms in each room. The apartment is extremely clean -spotless in fact!!! Is around a 12 min drive to the Pila Gondola so is a great location for driving down to go skiing. The scenery from the bedroom is spectacular. Lots of places locally to visit for kids. Highly recommend Stefano's place!!!

Single house on two floors with large fenced garden perfect for our dogs who were traveling with us. Host always available and very kind. A 10-minute drive to Aosta, a very convenient location to get around within the beautiful Valle D'Aosta region! We can't wait to go back! Thanks Danielle.

Maurizio and Franca were impeccable. They suggested excursions to do. Very helpful and kind. They made us feel at home. In their warm and welcoming cottage, nothing was missing. A special place surrounded by silence. A fantastic view. Where to escape the chaos and find yourself. Experience to repeat.

Superlative experience! Both the house and the location were even better than we expected. The house is very nice and spacious, super clean and warm, very comfortable bed. There is a conad in front and the village center (very picturesque) is easily reached with a short walk, very close there is also a beautiful park. This location is strategic to visit the region: the highway is a stone's throw away and you can arrive in a relatively short time even at high altitude, in fact we reached the gressoney slopes in about half anhour. Finally, a thank you to Luisa who was a great host, she met us both at check-in time and check-out, leaving us great freedom. Always very kind, she was also prompt to intervene when we had a small problem with the heating: she responded immediately to messages and resolved in a very short time. In short, we will definitely come back here for the holidays in Val d 'Aosta!

We are satisfied with the accommodation and the amenities, in line with our expectations. Adriano was kind enough to anticipate check-in and Vivien suggested activities in the area according to our needs. The house is very welcoming. The heating worked well. We stayed here for 11 days in June as a party of 6 adults and we all had a fantastic time. The house is very spacious and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and several different spaces to relax. There were plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery and cooking pots so we never had to limit our cooking ambitions. As the weather was so good we ate most of our meals outside whilst taking in the amazing views, which changed according to the cloud cover and time of day. This is one of the best holiday properties we’ve stayed in. The whole of the Aosta valley is stunning and a trip up the cable car on the Monte Bianco is only 30 minutes’ drive away.

We had a great time at Federica's charming home. Everything was cozy, warm clean with a great view , not to mention the balneotherapy in the room. Federica was a great host. Very attentive , attentive and very responsive. I recommend ❤️

Patrik and Luana are two very exquisite and helpful people. The apartment is very nice with a fantastic view and the area is equipped with excellent trattorias with typical menus. Although we booked in the morning, Luana was immediately available. It was a relaxing experience.
