Aosta and Pila in 10 min, Cogne, Courmayeur, QC Terme, and Gran Paradiso National Park in 20 min,France and Switzerland in 40 min. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with a small child. The house is in an ideal geographical context because it is close to the city center and at the same time in a very quiet place surrounded by greenery on the first hill of Aosta. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and the price includes all expenses including final cleaning. In July and August, if there is a free week, I do not rent for less than 5 days... I apologize...

The apartment is located in the historic center in Aosta, in front of the Pretorian Gates, a 7-minute walk from the Aosta train station. The accommodation is arranged on two floors: on the lower floor there is the living room with kitchenette equipped with everything you need and a 2-seater sofa bed and on the upper floor there is the bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds and the bathroom with shower and washing machine. LCD TV, oven, gas detector. Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

NATURE and RELAXATION AT THE FOOT OF THE MATTERHORN

In the upper Valtournenche, at the foot of the Matterhorn, surrounded by herds of grazing cows in summer and white snow in the winter months, my wife Enrica and I will be happy to welcome our guests to our apartment. Close to the towns of Valtournenche and Cervinia (about 3 km) but still isolated from the chaos, it is the ideal place to relax, observe enchanting views, listen to the silence of the mountain, play sports and take fantastic walks starting right from the house!

SWEET CITY

Welcome to our attic! It is large and very, very comfortable, suitable for six people in addition to babies in a cot. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms as well as a beautiful open space. A large walk-in closet is also available to guests. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. In the bathrooms there are detergents (liquid soap, intimate detergent and shower shampoo) while soft towels are provided to each guest. Self check in is possible. Free parking.

Accommodation in the heart of Aosta with private parking

My cozy and quiet accommodation is close to Piazza Roncas and Piazza della Cattedrale, in the historic center of Aosta, full of restaurants, bars and shops. The central location of the house allows you to walk to all the main tourist attractions in the city. It has private parking. About 10 minutes away are the train station, the bus terminal and the departure of the cable car to Pila. My place is good for couples and families (with children).

Lo Grenier - Chalet con vista a Saint Barthélemy

It is a typical mountain house, located in the village of Le Cret at an altitude of 1770 m, whose construction dates back to the 16th century and was used as a barn for the storage of cereals. It is a portion of a building that is part of a completely renovated complex and, as with the other housing units, the renovation took place while maintaining the original style and materials as much as possible, compatible with modern housing needs.

LO NIT – LA MAISON DE SAINT ETIENNE

A bright, cozy nest, newly refurbished (2021), in an attic on the 3rd floor. Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars. Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.

Beautiful and large house on two floors, in the historic center, leaning against the Roman walls. On the ground floor, on a courtyard, there is the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the first floor a living room with fireplace, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom/laundry. A large terrace with pergola overlooks the mountains and bell towers. Very quiet, great charm.

Our accommodation is in a quiet hamlet of Champorcher, Verana, a short walk from the entrance to the Alleigne Valley and a short distance from the Mont Avic Park. Ski facilities are just 2 km away. The studio has a small kitchen, a double bed, a double bed, a loft bed, bathroom and a balcony.
