Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Anzio

Antonella's home was perfect for our stay in Rome. Easy bus ride from the train station, very walkable area convenient to good restaurants and a great neighborhood. Close to the Vatican and Trastevere area. Antonella was very easy to contact and was a great host. We were very happy with our choice. There is a narrow flight of stairs, but we knew this beforehand and wasn't an issue for us.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Simone pendiente de todo en todo momento. Muy próximas las paradas de metro y autobús, apenas 5 minutos andando. Restaurantes, cafeterías, supermercados…. Zona cómoda para estar con niños.

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Non abbiamo mai avuto un servizio come quello offerto da Cristiana e Pietro. Sono due persone squisite, aperte al dialogo e si fanno in 8 per soddisfare ogni tua richiesta (soprattutto ti aiutano con qualsiasi mezzo a loro disposizione) Considerato il periodo in cui siamo venuti a Roma (pieno di eventi, quindi con traffico intenso, problemi di parcheggio ecc), non potevamo trovare host migliore 😄

Un endroit très paisible malgré la proximité de l’aéroport, on entend très peu les avions. Maison idéale pour un séjour et le découverte de Rome à seulement 30mn en voiture. Des petites attentions à l’arrivée qui sont très agréables

Wir waren zwei Nächte im Apartment von Adriano u haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment u die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist gut, die klassischen sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Viertel Travestere und der Tiber sind nur 3 Min entfernt. Durch die Nähe zum "Szeneviertel" war es allerdings (nur) am Samstag Abend / Nacht auch ein wenig lauter. Man kann eben nicht beides haben 😉. Adriano war gut erreichbar u der Check-In und Zugang zum Apartment/Haus hat gut geklappt. Hatten eine schöne Zeit!

En avslappende oase i Nettuno – anbefales på det sterkeste! Vi hadde en fantastisk uke i Nettuno, Italia, og dette stedet er virkelig en perle for de som søker en avslappende ferie. Omgivelsene var utrolig vakre, og det store, nydelige bassenget var et midtpunkt for mange fine dager. Vår vert, Sarah, var utrolig hjelpsom og imøtekommende. Hun var alltid tilgjengelig og sørget for at vi hadde alt vi trengte. En ekstra bonus var den nydelige huskatt som kom på daglige besøk – et kjærkomment innslag! Et lite minus var beliggenheten. Vi skulle gjerne hatt en leiebil, da veien til butikker, restauranter og selve tettstedet var litt risikabel å gå på uten fortau, og med biler som kjørte fort. Uber var heller ikke tilgjengelig, men heldigvis var lokalbefolkningen utrolig hjelpsomme med å ordne transport for oss. Til tross for dette, vil vi på det sterkeste anbefale dette stedet til alle som ønsker en avslappende ferie i rolige omgivelser.

Marco was great and his place was perfect!! The place was great and in such an amazing location. Marco was very responsive and super helpful and we had so much fun. The showers drain a bit slower since it’s an old building but we just adjusted to that! Will definitely be staying here the next time I come to Rome. The six of us felt so comfortable and had such an amazing stay.

Simonetta e Max sono stati host davvero gentili e cordiali, rendendosi sin da subito molto disponibili. L'alloggio corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, piccolo ma curato in ogni dettaglio e molto probabilmente pulito. È un'oasi di relax immersa nel verde con tante attività a disposizione per intrattenere sia umani sia amici a quattro zampe! Ringrazio in particolare gli host per avermi donato una splendida giornata di compleanno. Ritornerò molto volentieri a soggiornare a Villa Bovari!

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place! The apartment was perfect in every way. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately get settled and begin relaxing in the outdoor space (with sweeping views of the city). The multiple seating areas were excellent, and we loved taking advantage of the hot tub. Such an awesome way to relax after sightseeing all day. The indoor spaces were also very comfortable and functional. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen were great for our needs. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and more. Highly recommend this place for a couple, family, or even a single traveler. We hope to return!

A lovely welcome from Pietro, who helped us in and showed us around his fabulous apartment to the strains of Bob Marley. We loved the apartment and absolutely did not want to leave. Hope to come back for another stay soon!

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

Wir haben mit drei Paaren und einem Kind wunderbare Tage in Frascati verbracht. Flavios Haus ist ein wunderschöner Ort, an dem wir uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Pool, der tolle Garten und der Pizzaofen waren große Highlights für alle. Vielen Dank für alles!

La villa si presenta come da descizione e gli esterni anzi sono pure più belli. Piacevolissima la zona sotto la tettoia affacciata sulla vasca idromassaggio. Abbiamo usufruito anche del barbecue apprezzandone la dotazione. Torneremo con piacere presto

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!

Fabrizio was amazing! So kind and full of great info about the history or Rome and locations to see. The place is exactly as described, so believe it when he says it is small. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the outside rooftop patio was brilliant.

Super disponibile. l'alloggio è mantenuto benissimo e ha accesso diretto alla spiaggia di nettuno. una vera sorpresa. torneremo sicuramente. Host molto disponibile e ci ha permesso di avere orari di check out flessibili.

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

La maison a très bien répondu à nos besoin de retrouvailles en famille. Chacun avait son espace et intimité et nous avons énormément apprécié nos repas sur la terrasse. Le jardin est magnifique. La maison est située dans un endroit calme et à proximité de la mer. Danilo est un hôte accueillant et s'est montré disponible pour répondre à nos questions et préoccupations.

Soluzione perfetta per chi cerca la tranquillità ed il relax lontano dal frastuono e dal trambusto cittadino. L'appartamento in questione gode di un affaccio privilegiato sul lago di Nemi, da non perdere assolutamente il fantastico tramonto e perchè no, magari accompagnato da un buon calice di vino. Mediante le indicazioni fornite da Fabrizio è stato molto semplice raggiungere l'alloggio, non vi resta che provarlo. Grazie per l'esperienza.

L'alloggio da Julia è stato ottimale. La casa ha ogni servizio (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, bollitore per acqua ecc.). La persona con cui abbiamo comunicato era disponibile a rispondere alle nostre esigenze.. il giardino della casa è spazioso e perfetto per chi ha bambini o animali, ed è gradevole per tutti :) l'unico vero difetto della casa è l'assenza dei condizionatori, in caso si incontri troppo caldo. Ci sono comunque delle ventole in ogni stanza, che rendono arieggiato l'ambiente. speriamo di tornare da Julia, e grazie ancora di tutto!!

Un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo para pasar algunos días, la vista es muy bonita y el lugar muy agradable, sin duda volvería a hospedarme con Luca y Agata.

Serietà e professionalità

Me, my husband and two kids (3,5) had a really good two day stay. Is is just across the road from the free beach and with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is great, but two stairs up, so just be aware if you travel with a pram. The terrass is wonderful - we enjoyed the view and our kids enjoyed running around.
