The forest path can be walked in 8 min to Utena Reservoir Dam for stunning views, beach. The lodge is designed for a maximum of 4 people, quiet rest, family or work.

It has 2 bedrooms, living room with a fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and sauna (sauna included in the price). There is also an AC, so the house can be heated in winter time. It has an outside deck to sit and watch the sunset go down behind the trees. There is a lake near by and a forest. It is a great place for families and friends to relax.

"Brasslands" - a cozy and organic farmhouse built in the summer of 2024, located in the Molėtai district. The "Brass" farmhouse offers comfort and tranquility in a wonderful natural environment. Your retreat is located with a stunning view of the lake, which provides a wonderful opportunity to enjoy peaceful moments and natural views. Nature walks, fishing, or just relaxing by the lake. You will find with us: boat, wifi internet, bbq grill, TV. We also have a sauna.

In this apartment you will find coziness and light, and also all the amenities, i.e.: bed linen, towels, dishes, iron, hair dryer. If necessary, a bed for a child (write a message). You can enjoy your morning coffee on a cozy balcony. Communication is great. 3-5 min walk and you are in the very center of city. Neighbors are very calm, so nothing will disturb your quiet stays.
