Very clean chalet in a peaceful location. Beautiful views and a nice terrace. The yard is perfect for a BBQ and there are plenty of games to enjoy. It would be even better with a few extra blankets. Liezbeth was very responsive and helpful. Overall, we had a lovely and relaxing 2-night stay

Sarah received us with an outstanding place. The house is perfect to fit a family or group of friends to explore Mechelen surroundings. With a great location to visit other Belgium cities. The park entrance at 2 min let you explore an incredible park, I will totally recommend to visit it. All local recommendations shared by Sarah were incredible. Enough space to park a car o bikes in a safe location. We were surprised with mechelen of how peaceful and beautiful it is

The host is very kind and calm. The house is extremely beautiful and has everything you could possibly need, without exception. It has two rooms that can accommodate four people, a spacious and large living room, a big garden, and an amazing jacuzzi. I spent two days in the house, and they were among the best days of my life. I highly recommend it without hesitation.

Bert and his wife were very friendly. We had a problem with our transport and they allowed us to keep our belongings in the lodge until we had van sorted. We didn’t use the mezzanine as stairs are steep and we are not young! We slept quite happily on the corner unit which was, surprisingly comfortable for the length of our stay, on ground floor. We’ed stay again. Thanks for your help with our situation Bert.

Bram and Jo were very good hosts who were always available for questions. Any complications that arose were resolved immediately and easily by Jeff (father). Whether for a hiking group or a family, the accommodation offers a pool, sauna (infrared), table tennis, French Billiards, darts or badminton, everything to avoid boredom. Overall, we had a great stay with our group in Herentals. Thank you guys!

Very calm and nice place to stay. We used it as a starting point for border and hiking tours and it had everything you needed. Koen is a very nice and accommodating host. Since I can't speak Dutch, we had a good conversation with a mixture of English and German. We could have used the pool, but it was a bit too cool for us in April. We enjoyed the week's vacation very much.

A big thank you to Bart and An for their attentive welcome and the delicious and homemade things offered with kindness. The house is very well-equipped and modern, the beds are very comfortable with a beautiful garden area that is very well-appointed and quiet. Impeccable baby equipment. The campsite offers a setting of greenery and tranquility. Don't hesitate to get it!

Hello, very responsive host, very beautiful, functional and clean house

Very nice quiet house , right in the middle of a castle park , squirrels running over the grass square... Beautiful spaces, separate and yet overflowing, beautiful decor , stylish and functional... Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of equipment available . Good beds ( 2 spacious rooms of 3 ,one single beds ( with small mezannine), 2 rooms with double bed ) , 3 bathrooms adjoining,with bedroom ) check in very easy. Alexander sent us the appropriate info spontaneously and well on time. We visited Antwerp , and move by water bus to the center of 'T city .. no traffic stress and the cars could be safely parked at the step of the boat, by the way RIVA, nearby is a nice Italian restaurant Erika

We had a great few days, the house was ideal for our family of five. Steven was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

We had a great weekend in Jokes' beautiful house. The house is the perfect mix of functional and loving - there is something to discover everywhere. It was very clean and well appointed. The location is great. The house is quietly located and yet you are in the city center of Antwerp in a few minutes. Joke has great tips for getting there by car or bike and is a great contact when it comes to nice cafes and activities. We were totally happy and will be happy to come back! 😊

My family and I (4 of us) stayed here 4 nights in May of 2025. We loved our stay and truthfully would rent again simply for how great the host is. There was plenty of space for the four of us. All the amenities we needed to self cater and a lovely back yard to relax in after a day of site seeing. Location was great, few minutes walk to both public transport and grocery stores with many little eateries near by. Neighborhood felt safe and we didn’t notice any street noise. The host was amazing, she greeted us on arrival, gave us a full tour and showed us how everything worked. She provides lots of local recommendations and we enjoyed chatting with her. She had some interesting stories.

Great place and distribution! Easy to get from multiple places and very walkable. Would stay here again if I'm back in town. Certainly will recommend Alban's place to everyone

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Antwerp! The space is absolutely beautiful—bright, open, and thoughtfully designed. The large kitchen and living area were perfect for relaxing and spending time together, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The location is also a huge plus. It’s in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping all within walking distance. Being so close to Antwerpen-Centraal station made it incredibly convenient to hop on a train for day trips. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antwerp!

fine in order, feels like 2nd home. for the space you get value for your money although I would have been satisfied with just bed and bathroom. Everything is fine, good bed and nice scented clean bedding. communication also went smoothly. for me it was on the expensive side but if you see what you get in place it is certainly not too expensive. Recommended so!!!

Our stay in this house with lots of charm in the immediate vicinity of the old town was very pleasant overall. The landlord was friendly and straightforward. The property impresses with its many windows, which provide plenty of light, and a quiet location ideal for relaxation after the many impressions of the day. Particularly practical is the proximity to a rental station of Velo Antwerpen, a bakery and a small supermarket, which makes everyday life easier. A small point of criticism is individual doors that do not completely close, which could affect privacy depending on the travel group. However, this is an easy to fix problem that can be solved quickly with some craftsmanship. If you wanted, there would be even smaller optimizations. For people with walking disabilities, the stairs are probably too steep and narrow. The house is a good choice for travellers looking for a bright and well located place to stay. We would definitely recommend it!

Had a great time! Aperitifs on the heated terrace with beautiful views of the Schelde, slept well on very good mattresses, got clean and well-groomed impression, had nice contact with Bart. Because of the bad weather, we couldn't cycle, but we took the water bus from Kruibeke to Antwerp. We'd love to come back to explore the region further.

This homestay completely refreshed my expectations for European short-term rentals!The three-story duplex space is well-designed, preserving the charm of the old building while cleverly incorporating modern conveniences.Two bedrooms with two bathrooms, perfect for families or friends traveling together, especially like the sunlight coming in through the sloping roof skylight on the top floor, especially healing when waking up in the morning. The kitchen is a “chef-friendly” type, fully equipped with everything from a coffee machine to an oven, and even a Chinese wok is thoughtfully prepared. Fresh ingredients can be purchased within a 5-minute walk from Chinatown, allowing us to easily recreate the taste of home.The two living rooms are clearly divided. A cozy corner for a group of people to sit and chat, and a quiet space for reading alone without disturbing each other. The long dining table in the dining room has hosted countless gatherings with laughter. The location is simply perfect!8 min walk to Central Station, no pressure with luggage.The vibrant atmosphere of Chinatown is just around the corner, supermarkets, restaurants, and milk tea shops are all within reach, and a bowl of hot beef noodles late at night saves Chinese stomachs.Even more surprisingly, you can walk to Cathedral Square in 20 minutes and experience the charm of the old town. The host couple are like warm friends living next door, and the "invisible guardian" service makes people feel particularly at ease. If I have to give a suggestion, probably just that the stairs of the old house are a little steep and you need to be careful and slow. This is insignificant.For travelers looking for an immersive experience in Antwerp, this is definitely the perfect choice beyond hotels!
