How about staying near Antwerp while enjoying the tranquility of stunning nature, with plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling? We’d be thrilled to share this peaceful retreat with you. Wake up with a view of the greenery. In the distance, you can even spot the tower of Antwerp’s Cathedral of Our Lady. In 2019, we renovated our barn into a luxurious guesthouse.

Cottage by the pond - Waasland

Idyllic cottage for 2 by the pond. Very quiet location in recreation area. A cozy space with a comfortable bed, a dining area and a lounge. Mini bathroom with shower, lavabo and toilet. No kitchen, but mini fridge and kettle. Spacious covered terrace. Bed and bath linen are provided. Breakfast on request (15€ pp). BBQ on the campfire, outdoor shower, swimming, are among the possibilities on the private pond. Kilometers of cycling and hiking fun along Schelde (at 500 m) and Durme

Comfy and cozy tiny house.

Cottage for 2 is located directly in our backyard in a wooded area, but also within walking distance of shops and restaurants. You have 40m2 of living space with adjoining terrace and garden. The swimming pool is open from 1/5 to 1/10 (regulations see photo, no visit allowed, no parties, only tranquility by the pool!). The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher. It is nice to stay in the sauna (1 x sauna per stay included) with outdoor shower. Many cultural opportunities.

Gypsy wagon of 10 × 3 m in a private spot along a sandy path, surrounded by horses. Includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hot air heating, wood stove, bathroom, kitchen, and private parking. Enclosed garden of 350 m² with loungers, hammock, ping pong table, pétanque, trampoline, and BBQ. Optional: breakfast (€17.50), hot tub (€49.50/6h), sauna (€29.50/2h), wellness set (€7.50), fire pit (€15), horse (€22.50), dog (€12.50), bike (€10). Contactless check-out available.

A chalet in the middle of the woods

Between the woods and heath, you can sleep in this restored Gipsy cart. If you like comfort, nature and privacy, you're here at the right place. The pearl of this region is still the viper, one of the rarest reptiles in Flanders. Besides hiking and biking, the area is also suitable for day trips like visiting the 'Lilse Bergen' in summer (4.1km), the abbey of Westmalle (13km), Lilse Golf & Country (2.2km). Antwerp is also with 40km not very far.

Tiny house in the Noorderkempen

Little Loenhouse is a quiet cottage with a covered terrace in a rural area where you can enjoy a beautiful view over the fields with the bunnies, deer and our farm animals in our meadow. In our cottage there is everything there to make it a wonderful stay. Outside you can use the fire pit (wood provided), the playground, the willow hut, you take a walk with the goats or you play Jue the boules on the petanque court (balls provided) .

Recently renovated chalet - electricity and running water (based on pure groundwater) - no potable tap water - self drinking water provided (some unopened bottles of drinking water available) - wood stove or heating on electricity - no WiFi - a lot of nature - no direct neighbors - ideal for young families with small children - plenty of space on lawn and adjacent forest - cellar available - some (children)bikes available

Very cosy and original PIPOWAGEN (max. 4 persons)

Best place for bikers and hikers. Coffee and tea facilities inside, breakfast on request (8 euro per person, children 4 euro). 2 comfortable double beds (4 pers), curtains, foldable table, all furniture for kitchen and beds (bedlinnen, towels,...).
